I had a coupon for $75 for duct cleaning.. As soon as they arrived it was " oh look how dirty your furnace is... " and gave me a $400 estimate to clean it. The guy (Joe) was creepy and unprofessional and keep pushing on selling other services. After he left, I noticed a burnt smell and the furnace stopped blowing warm air. I called them and they sent someone over the next day after 4:00 PM. I specifically asked not to send Joe. The new guy could not figure out what the problem was and said that there was nothing worng with the furnace and if I wanted I could call again and make an appointment to send someone.

After two days of no heat, I was able to get A-1 Gauranteed who came the next day. The technisian found that a wire was cut off in the furnace and was able to fix it for $177.

Dont waste your money or time. They are the most unethical, rude, and dishonsest business.
