I had a coupon for $75 for duct cleaning.. As soon as they arrived it was " oh look how dirty your furnace is... " and gave me a $400 estimate to clean it. The guy (Joe) was creepy and unprofessional and keep pushing on selling other services. After he left, I noticed a burnt smell and the furnace stopped blowing warm air. I called them and they sent someone over the next day after 4:00 PM. I specifically asked not to send Joe.
