I ordered a mattress foundation through them. I waited 10 days for it to arrive. It never came. I called to see what was going on with my order. I was told it was cancelled and they didn't have any in stock. I was furious to not know this until I called in about it. They said they sent an email to inform me of this. They lied. I never got any email from them. I was told you have to request a refund otherwise they just put credit toward another purchase. I told them I wanted a refund and told them I wanted to talk to a supervisor. After 25 phone calls to them I find out there are no supervisors, they just continually tell you none are available right now. And it is a call center answering the phone calls by the name of 24-7 IN TOUCH, they are based out of Canada. This company is a scam. Oh the owners email is [email protected] if you want to write to him. I requested my refund at least 25 times and I have yet to recieve it. And I wrote mike several times with no response. Do not order from this company. They are scammers. I complained to the Attorney General in my state, the Better Business Bureau, ICE for internet fraud, and the Oceanside California Chamber of Commerce. I hope one of the agencies can help me get my money back. We will see. I am warning everyone about these bedding mail order companies that outsource to call centers for their ordering. You have no recourse. Do not buy from them.
