I ordered a mattress foundation through them. I waited 10 days for it to arrive. It never came. I called to see what was going on with my order. I was told it was cancelled and they didn't have any in stock. I was furious to not know this until I called in about it. They said they sent an email to inform me of this. They lied. I never got any email from them. I was told you have to request a refund otherwise they just put credit toward another purchase.
