This has been one of the worst experiences dealing with appliance companies. I was (still is) trying to get a resolution for my problem with A/C and this company was sent by my Insurance. Yes, they have sent a tech on the same date, but since the issue is intermittent - nothing was done. They have dragged their feet over a month now, lying to me and the Insurance. Out of 6 occasions when they were at my house - only 2 were reported. The owner himself is very rude and unprofessional, which gives you a feeling that you are still in 1980 USSR. Bottom line - i would never recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully my complaint with Insurance and other agencies will teach them a lesson.
