This has been one of the worst experiences dealing with appliance companies. I was (still is) trying to get a resolution for my problem with A/C and this company was sent by my Insurance. Yes, they have sent a tech on the same date, but since the issue is intermittent - nothing was done. They have dragged their feet over a month now, lying to me and the Insurance.
