First you need to lodge a complaint in DETAIL to your state attorney general, this will force ahmsi to answer the government in writing... it is very detailed. ahmsi doesn't want to answer these lengthy questions. Next.. hire a consumer advocate attorney, they will be the only ones that can help you. ( trust me three lawyers threw their hands up in disgust that this company is so arrogant.) Lodge complaints to every federal, state and local agency which pertains to mortgage fraud ( including the FBI ). Michigan just ruled on fraudlent mortgages if they had electronic signatures ( linda green ) they cannot foreclose on you with this signature.
