failure to pay o.t. to company employees as well as night differential. exempt and non- exempt status after the fact, taking the liberty of changing exempt to non -exempt without any notice.this has been going on for fifteen years, i hope that this agency will open up wide the records of this company, in order to enforce the labor laws that are being abused for all these fifteen years.
