failure to pay o.t. to company employees as well as night differential. exempt and non- exempt status after the fact, taking the liberty of changing exempt to non -exempt without any notice.this has been going on for fifteen years, i hope that this agency will open up wide the records of this company, in order to enforce the labor laws that are being abused for all these fifteen years. read full review »
