Harassment on mobile connection
Dear Sir,
I have a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel. I had been outside India on official visit for six months. I have been paying the monthly bills for first 4 months through internet payment. I had missed the payment of last two months since I faced some difficulty through epayment in Airtel site. After 2 months my Airtel connection was disconnected without any intimation/message to me. My cell was on international roaming. After that when I tried to make the payment through internet it said the number is invalid and it doesn't exist. Later after coming to India I made the payment and the person who collected the money told me the sim will be activated within 24 hours. Later they said you need to give identitity proof etc... when I agreed to do that also they told one representative will come to give new SIM within 2/3 hours and it will be activated immidiately. After 3 days I haven't received any call from AIRTEL regarding this rather I have made more than 50 call to the centre who had sent representative to collect the money. I am about to go out of country again and unable to get connected through my phone number.

Please suggest.

Complaint for cheating the customers
Dear Sir,

I Deepak B. Suthar, one of your customer having mobile no: 9892388878(Prepaid). I want to launch a complaint for against your dealer.

I have received a call around 3months back from Miss Riya from malad office to convert my scheme from prepaid to postpaid of PLAN 199 & she has given me proposal of 30paise airtel to airtel & around 50 paise other network & she has demanded Rs. 300 for the same which I agreed to pay & I have paid the same on the next day & my documents for the same. But after a few days I come to know that this scheme was actually not available in the market, & Ria just fooling me just to capture the customer.

I am doing followup on the same & I m frustrated in this follow up. In this also I have already spent around Rs. 400 or so approximately & I have wasted my time in doing so.

After few days Mr. Raj called up & he gaves me the confirmation for activation of scheme. But now he is neither giving me any response to my phone nor he is cancelling that proposal & not refunding the same amount.

Following are the Persons which has cheated me & wasted my time as well as money.

Please note that now all this above mentioned numbers are switched off .Please take a strict action against these people & refund my amount & give me the credit against the amount & time I have wasted in doing the follow up since three months.I m not only the customer, there are many more which I had seen in your borivali office for the same matter.

Please take up the matter on uegent basis as it affects the overall market of airtel in this time. I will wait for your reply & I hope this matters ends at this stage & I need not go to media or customer support for filing a case against the airtel department.

airtel poor network
I am a resident of sector-18, Nerul; my number is 9892061982 an Airtel user and my network got disrupted from 5th November and till date it’s not sorted out. I made complain in the helpline, on 7th November and since then been following up and every time the deadline changes. Initially they said it will be restored within 2 working days and then it changed to 5 working days and then till 25th November. But ironally nothing has been done regarding the same and as my problem still persists. I have got my mobile checked with the service center and also using other sim cards its working perfectly fine but just my sim is not getting range at my residence, initially this was never the problem.. I have been with Airtel for the last 4 years and am facing it just this month..
After 25th November when I called up the help line and they gave me a new deadline till 7th November, and after two days rcvd a call from Airtel asking if the problem has been sorted. I could only hear Airtel agent’s voice clearly. Other networks were poor.
After that have been calling up the customer care and the option to speak to the agent has been omitted and some new sms system has come up. Now am left in lurch as to who to contact and get it sorted out.

unethical behaviour in airtel galary
Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that its really not safe for normal citizens to visit any of the airtel galaries.
I had a visit in mulund's airtel galary since I needed some information on ISD call rate, when I was enquering I found there were around 7 to 8 guys siting there and watching porn movies.
I have a question here do Airtel have no ethics & no values that they employ such people in their firm.
This is a serious concern which need to be addressed or else you may never know the next terrorist attack might get plotted in your airtel galary itself.

Excesscharge
I have an Airtel connection, 9898082127. On 30th Oct i got message that i have subscribed a hello tune and hence 45 will be charged. Immediately i made a complaint at 121 but there are no responses, again i reminded after few days and later after calling to 12 on 13th Nov it was diconnected. Now when i got the bill they have charged me 45. My mails to nodal office and later to airtel falen into deaf ear.

I wonder hoe such callous practices are happening at Airtel.

internet payment
i have a connection of internet from august and in august i logged on indiagames in primium plan and first time i got the bill of 950 rs
but when i went to pay the amount to airtel outlet my mother told them to stop the sirvises and they said me that we have disconnected
the indiagames sirvises and in octuber in the bill i have not got indiagames charges but in november they charged 2 monthes of indiagames servises and charged me 400 rs extra.

And i am not going to pay these 400 rs extra !!!.

And please go through it...!!!.

and plese cancel my all value added services...

Disconnecting value added service
I want to stop news alert SMS from airtel which is started through airtel live.i have try so many times but not responding.Every month I have to pay 70 to 80 Rs. for this.

Online Recharge Not recieved
I usually recharge my Airtel number through rechargeitnow.com (an online recharge website), but on 23 November 2009, I visited the site and did a 50 rupee recharge from rechargeitnow.com using my online bank account but unfortunately I did not receive the balance in my phone but the money was deducted. Then, after about 30 minutes i visited www.airtel.co.in to recharge my phone, and I recharged it with 50 rupee talk time but again I did not receive the amount in my phone. So against two 50 rupee recharge amounts, I had ZERO balance and 100 rupees were already deducted from my account. I thought it might be a server problem so I waited for about 3 hrs. Then I wrote a mail to both the sites, rechargeitnow and Airtel, and after few minutes received the confirmation mail from both, whereas rechargeitnow replied to my query the same day, Airtel just sent me a text message showing a reference number 1123273131 at 6:56pm. As I had received the mail from rechargeitnow showing the concern over the unsuccessful recharge so I did not reply them, but instead, I mailed Airtel again at 7:00 pm, and at about 7:50 pm I again recharged my phone from rechargeitnow.com for rupee 50 and I successfully received the amount this time. Then I received a text message again from Airtel showing a reference number 1123367221 at 8:34 pm, but I still did not receive the recharge amount. After 6 hours, no recharge, I was very annoyed with the Airtel service but I thought of waiting for another day. Next morning, I woke up and was vey happy to see the 50 rupee recharge which I did from rechargeitnow was successfully received but no sign from Airtel.co.in. The funniest thing was that the Airtel morons mailed me and asked after reading my mail that what was the MODE of recharge, which you can see in below mail that I have mentioned clearly. When I checked my mail next day, they had sent a mail saying my request has been forwarded to concerned deptt.

I mailed them again on 26 November and received a mail asking for the transaction ID, and the time and the number, I gave them the Number and the recharge date and time, but as I did not receive any failure message so how could I gave them the Transaction id. But again they replied to my mail saying that they need an alternate contact number and blah blah… but till date I haven’t received the Airtel recharge and neither my money has been refunded, they are replying to my mails asking me silly questions but I know I wont receive the recharge. They just will play mail mail for the time I am mailing them, and when I stop sending the mails, Game over.

I sent about 5 mails and received 5 funny replies.


But I warned them for a Forum complaint which I am doing now, so please be aware of the Airtel.co.in Online Recharge. I was lucky to loss only 50 buck as I was about to recharge for 333.

Please either refund the money or send the recharge
