I am a resident of sector-18, Nerul; my number is 9892061982 an Airtel user and my network got disrupted from 5th November and till date it’s not sorted out. I made complain in the helpline, on 7th November and since then been following up and every time the deadline changes. Initially they said it will be restored within 2 working days and then it changed to 5 working days and then till 25th November.
