i m sahib choudhary with mobile number-9179817408(airtel) is facing unnecessary charges, as instead of sms pack the charge is being deducted from my main account balance. and call charges being changed without informing and deducted 40 rupee...
also on calling complaint helpline no.198 they divert it to 121.
so plz take some step otherwise mnp is there...i can switch to other..

Iam an airtel prepaid subscriber for 10years. Today my incoming and out going calls have been barred without any notice/information. I get a message saying there is no balance. whereas i still have 69/- to my credit.

my mobile no. 9871856284 last 3-4 years but 5-6 chance from airtel regarding amt. deduct without any services, like hellow tunes etc. then after cal to cust care then refund the amt. i am not satisy from airtel.

now, last two months amt deduct from airtel ( rs.30-40 rs. per months ) without any service subcurs. and call to airtel custcare - 9810198101 last 1-2 months but no talking to cust. exct. only computer talk regarding some option and disconnect the phone. kindly refund my payment and close all services - like helloe tunes, miss call, song etc.
i am not satisfied from airtel services becaudse amt deduct and any services start without any take services then call to airtel but no response and services is very poor.

We are the customer of airtel since 7 years and we are using the airtel services like Landline, Postpaid Mobile Connection, Broadband.
I want to deactivate this Hello Tune Service on my Landline connection - 07314072859.
When i called the Airtel Customer care to deactivate this service he said i have to call 54311808.
I unable to call this number because on my landline outgoing connection is off & i told this to the airtel customer care executive, he said if your outgoing is off than you can't deactivate the Hello Tune Service. Than how i can deactivate the hello tune service?
