My airtel pre paid mobile No.9994781216.During receipt of message, an amount of Rs.1.00 was deducted from my balance from past 10 days.I will inform to customer care, but no action was taken.pl.make proper action

Surrender Connection
I am really upset with Airtel for last 1 month, I used to have an Airtel number which I asked Airtel to disconnect in the 1st week of Sept, around 10th I was promised it would be disconnected by 16th. However; the number is still active. They never call me on my number and mention in their log that I do not pick up the call or number not in use etc etc. How the hell on earth only Airtl is not able to contact me whereas others can. I swear I will never buy Airtel again. Moreover due to their ack luster service I will have to pay for the rental till it is not disconnected, this is all cheating that they are doing with me, customer care never follow up, on 29th sept Ispoke to a rep(Conversation ID 561922062) and I was suppose to get a call from Manager regarding this matter, nobody called me.

Please help me get rid of this Airtel and I am not buing anymore Airtel.

day to day harrassment
Hello Sir, I am Indrani Banerjee from Kolkata is compelled to lodge the complaints against Airtel prepaid service.
airtel deducts rs1/call inspite of rechrging with rs 29 as promo(60p should be deducted). Cust care service does not pay heed to anything, cut& get the phone engaged.mob no9903344250.

many times asking for document
since i have taken sim card in 2007 & the document given to retil outlet that time but the airtel service is asking document for so manytimes. without any intimation so as our request we had submitted all documents to chinchwad station branch on saturday then also our sim has not started so start my sim as eariler as possible

not able to save/view mycontacts
I had changed my network provider to airtel.. when i inserted this new sim i can't find my contacts, unable to save any contacts... can anyone help me regarding this...

poor response
I applied for a new airtel broadband connection on 18.09.2009. After that the customer care officer everyday call me in the morning and advise me to stay at home as to install the connection. Today is the 10th day I am waiting for connection and wasted almost 80 hours in waiting the service for which the company is claiming is the best. In my opinion airtel has the poorest service in the world which only always trying to grab its customers with a lollypop. The action should be taken against the faulty staff and I should be paid penalty from their salary for my valuable 80 hours.<br />

Poor service
I am having an airtel prepaid connection no 9929788024 and am using on blackberry handset. I had activated the Airtel's Blackberry 299 plan on it .It worked fine for about 15 days. thereafter I though of upgrading it to Blackberry 899 plan. I sent the SMS for activating 899 plan. My 299 plan got deactivated, however 899 plan has not been activated even after 8 days and regular reminders and calls to customer care(7070). The customer care everyday promises that it will be done within next 24 hours however it hasnt happened.

Had never faced such a poor service from airtel before.

This kind of poor service from company like AIRTEL is v disheartening and leaves no choice than to lose faith in it.

change of plans

Even after closing and changing my plan from post paid on 17-8-09, at their kalyan customer service centre, the company has been sending their bills till date. There is no co-ordination between the co. and the service centre and have expeirienced very bad network.
