Airtel
I applied for a new airtel broadband connection on 18.09.2009. After that the customer care officer everyday call me in the morning and advise me to stay at home as to install the connection. Today is the 10th day I am waiting for connection and wasted almost 80 hours in waiting the service for which the company is claiming is the best. In my opinion airtel has the poorest service in the world which only always trying to grab its customers with a lollypop. The action should be taken against the faulty staff and I should be paid penalty from their salary for my valuable 80 hours.<br />
