Sir,
I m a railway employee at Tinsukia Rail Division in Assam. Airtel CUG no-9957555202 is with me. I require my Mobile call statement including incoming & outgoing statement ( whether chargeable or not) of 9957555202 of June & July-2009. not giving E charge and Recharge cards for sales
Sorry for the Poor English. I know only regional language (TAMIL)
Sir. I am Vijayalakshmi, I finished M.A. and I am both legs Handicapped by Polio (Disabled). I have one small shops like photo copy and cell phone Recharge sales. I sales all mobile company recharge cards and E Recharge also. But AIRTEL Mobile company not giving recharge cards and E C No. also. They are critisising my small business. and they told we need big customers You are a small customer. (The Agency Representative Person Mr. Karthikeyan 09940351085 and agency owner (Name unknown) No. 09940133549. Area Thirupporur mamallapuram Tamilnadu near chennai) I speak with many more time but they are giving not response and they are using unporlimentary words. and they told you will complaint any where you can't do any thing.
I am from poor family and I am doing self business but the society is not support for us. pls help Sir

Hi,

I am VIkas. Initially i had one India plan for my broadband. After
some time I thought of changing it to 1000 rs plan but some idiot
(sorry for this language) called my up from Airtel and suggested for
777 plan and told me 200 rs call will be free / 4 gig download will be
free, u please take this plan. This person has not told me STD there
is 30 paise / minute. After 3 months I got to know this fact :(

Now when i am asking to return the extra money charged (as i was not
aware and this is as good as cheating, w/o informing customer u start
charging) and revised this month bill, people are sleeping over it.
Since last 3 days i have made 4 calls for it but the response, today i
waited for 28 minutes. The rep. came and kept me on hold for 28
minutes.

I am ready to make the payment but you need revise the bill as per
1rs/ india call.

Another thing if resolved I will go for 1 india plan (1000rs)...

Debitting money for the service that is not subscribed
Airtel has been continuously debiting money from my prepaid account for some unwanted jobs provider service since 16th Sept 2009. No use of any do not disturb frantic efforts.

On 14th Sept i got a message stating that i will be getting some 2 day free trial of jobs on mobile, i did not pay much attention to it considering it as usual promo messages.

On 16 th Sept, I got another message metioning that my trial of 2 days is over and i am supposed to call some number to de-activate the service. As I did not apply for any activation and even did not avail the service in any manner, I was sure that nobody can cut my money just like that! without my concent!!

But alas, after 15 minutes i got another message saying that I was registered with Jobs on Mobile and I checked and found that even 10 Rs for 10 days they have debitted from my account.

DND WAS OF NO USE.

Now it has become a big headache for me as there is no mention in the SMS that where to contact to unsubscribe the service and how??

THEY HAVE FURTHER CUT MY 10 RS. AGAIN TODAY ON 26TH SEPT. 2009. AND THIS WILL CONTINUE...!!

how do i stop these theifs from looting me in this way for 10Rs per 10 days??

2morow night i hv been recharge RC 57/-(for low call rate).but till now this sceme is not activated on my mobile, i was contact with customer care but nobadys coopertaive me. no one is giving good responce on ur side.ur service is very bad. pls acativate this scheme immediately otherwise deactivated or transfer balance for rs. 57/- on my mobile . no. is 9867879332.

deactivating services without intimation
am facing a negligence and lack of information from Airtel. I own a airtel postpaid corporate connection.. suddenly i am facing high bills from the last 3 months.
whenn got it checked came to know that my service had been deactivated.
i had a top up for which i was paying n its deactivated without my consent.
i am using airtel for the past 4 years n this trouble is firts time when the customer care is nt reachable n everythin is ending in vain.
i feel like going for a legal action against airtel n filing a rti complaint for lack of information on their part..
i just want to know that is is also applied for multi national or only government offices..
well i just want to be compensated by aitrel..
i really want to make ware that first airtel will lure you by giviing you scemes.. n when you will be used to the number, or it becomes important for your business, then they will snatch services from you. you feel handicapped .. i am payong heavy bills n nop one is replying me from airtel...

such a loophope from their end.. very poor services.

No Ethics in BIZ
Dear Sir,

It's being shocking to say that the kind of service Airtel is providing under the Big banner is not at all Ethical way of doing biz. My Cell No. 09810326499 is use from last 3 yrs with all payments in time. In the month of July - 11th 2009 I was moving to S.Africa & requested your Call centre team for Intl Roaming, with conf. all OK that you will enjoy uniterrupted service.

When landed to J'oburg on 11th July late evening I foind that my Airtel connection with no signal & to give a call to some I was requesting security team for the cell for a call. All this into the country which is not only new but also a Gangster Province.

Now got the reminder letter that my payment of INR 6227 is due & if not done than case will be submitted to court. Got the call from your collection team too Mr. Amit 9810007608. When briefied him about the experience, he is not interested & shouting on the phone that it's me who is culprit. Mr. Amit saying that you need to give security amount to enjoy Int. Roaming. If this is the procedure than it comes from your call center team when had a word with them.

This person had a word with my parents & the kind of the behaviour shown, it's totally un realistic & shocking. It shows that Airtel Employees don't have the mannerism as how to speak to elders. He is commenting to my parents that your son is not interested in talking to us & using Bad words on Phone.

Is this the way to speak to some one parents & that too for just INR 6227.oo payment. If this is the approcal and an Unehtical Professional behaviour than pls understand as a customer I can also log the compalint against you people.

Pls advise in this circumstances how you can expect that your customer will be happy & will settle dues.

Airtel Fraud Company
In my experience, I have never seen a fraud company like Airtel. Even without a subscribing to any of the services like jokes, hello tunes, they loot the money from unsuspecting customers. You recharge for Rs. 100 and after a few days even without using the service, your Rs. 50 would have disappeared. When we call the customer service, you never get any satisfactory reply. they play all sorts of gimmicks like "We are extremely sorry" type of apologies, but you never get an answer for the money looted from your pocket. In my view, Airtel is the most fraudulent company in the mobile business in India. Their motto is "Loot the customer when they are sleeping. And even if 5% of them wake up, then give them "We are extremely sorry" kind of dossiers.

We need a mass campaign to stop these Unethical Practices. If not today, the thief will be caught tomorrow.
