In my experience, I have never seen a fraud company like Airtel. Even without a subscribing to any of the services like jokes, hello tunes, they loot the money from unsuspecting customers. You recharge for Rs. 100 and after a few days even without using the service, your Rs. 50 would have disappeared. When we call the customer service, you never get any satisfactory reply. they play all sorts of gimmicks like "We are extremely sorry" type of apologies, but you never get an answer for the money looted from your pocket.
