Prepaid mobile service
I have a prepaid mobile in the name of my brother Shrikant having No. 9993093451, for which I requested customer care to remove 'Alert alert & Christian alert' which I have not requested to add. The representative of airtel assured me that it has been removed, but still my account is being Debited by Rs.7 per weak since last two months. Kindly ask the Airtel to rectify the service and CREDIT my account back which he has deducted without my consent. The customer Care section is not helping anyway.

Rs.33/-for 50 paise per call cancelled without reason.
I am Suraj Naik, Bangalore & my mobile No-9945682860.This is my life time sim card.On 27/7/08 i recharged for Rs.33/- for 50 paise per call for 1 month. After a week 50 paise call tariff canceled without reason.Regarding that i made complaint on 9/8/08 to customer care services. And i got reply that within 12/8/08 at 12 am problem will solve. But after that also my problem not solved. Again i contact customer care.& they told that wait for again 4 days. I disappointed about worst service of AIRTEL customer care service at bangalore.

Unauthorized billing
I deactivated my GPRS by calling Airtel hotline from the Airtel Galleria In Borivali West, Mumbai, Indiaon July 31, August 12 and according to them on August 11. Now they say that they do not have authority to deactivate GPRS over there but they regularly cut 14.99 from my Prepaid Account. The lease lines are down so the galleria representatives are also not able to disconnect the GPRS but yes they are very concerned about putting me on hold for a very long time, disconnecting the call, and of course cutting the money daily since it is my fault that their message system does not work and since it is my fault that the representatives at the hotline inform me that the service will be disconnected. Is this company hell bent on making money, bad customer service. Everyone come out of Airtel, Lets teach Airtel a Lesson.

Terrible service
I am using internet of airtel... on my pc... but it is not working since one month... they r deducting my rent as usuals... but not responding to my complaint at all. I have complained round about ten times but they r not giving any positive results... i am really fed up now... plz help me out...

Inefficient & incapable sales team
I’m new to b’lore and last week on Tuesday or Wednesday and I planned to take one airtel postpaid connection and for that I called up their customer care and left my number with them next day I got a call from a lady Lakshmi-9902097319, she sent one executive and I gave all the documents she requested along with Rs. 500 cash. Now I’m still waiting for the number to be activated and now whenever I call her she never picks up my call.
What should I do? I'm simply pissed off.

DEDUCTION OF INCORRECTECT CHARGES
I BELONG TO LUCKNOW.
ON TRANSFER WHEN I MOVED TO MORADABAD AND USED TO DIAL ANY NUMBER /MSG/MISS CAL FROM MY MOBILE, IT WAS DEDUCTING RS 2/-PER SMS/MISS CAL/CONFIRMED CALL.
PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED BY THEM ON LODGING COMPLAINT BUT IT PERSISTED AGAIN AND AGAIN. I HAVE LODGED MY COMPLAINT 5 TIMES AND EVERY TIME I FIND DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM DIFFERENT EXECUTIVES, REFERENCE NO OF THE COMPLAINT ARE MENTIONED BELOW:
1. 3080121661500 AT 01.08.2008 AT 3:40 P. M.
2. 0218685100 DT 02.08.2008 AT 1:45 P.M.
3. 080224091400 DT 02.08.2008.
4. 3299500 DT 04.08.2008.

I FEEL SORRY FOR SO CALLED NO 1 PRIVATE TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDER
AND ITS SO CALLED TRAINED STAFF WHO EVERY TIME GIVES DIFFERENT REPLIES FOR SAME QUERIES RAISED EVERY TIME.
KINDLY HELP ME OUT TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM COMPLAINT REFERENCE NOS OF WHICH ARE MENTIONED ABOVE.
NEED NOT TO MENTION, I HAVE LOST IN TERMS OF MONEY IN LAST 20 DAYS DUE TO THIS PROBLEM.

About my account recovery
I am the user of airtel service about 5years. But in between 3 month when i recharged my mobile account, automatically 50 rupees has been deducted. I have complaint about this matter but customer always replies" we will treat your complain within 48 hours, " but there is no response... recently i have sent complaint message to 121 in 2nd aug. 2008 but no response...
