Problem not resolved
There is no network in whole lane in lajpat Nagar 1. As per the customer care the problem will be solved soon. But there is no result as such. I am facing this problem very badly.

Frequent disconnection and slow speed of DSL connection
Facing frequent disconnection of internet, along with extremely slow speed since last three months

Terrible experience
I am using airtel postapid connection since last 4 years n this 4 years i m very regular in my bill payment. At an avreage i pay Rs.1500/- per month as my bill. this month i was not able to pay Rs.200/- out of the total bill amount. I thought i will pay this bill in my next month's bill as i know till Rs.100/- the amount can be carry forwarded in the next month's bill. and to my surprise this people have deactivated my outgoing call facility. When i made complaint for the same in customer care, they have given me nonsense type of answers. I promised them that i will pay the full amount by the next day, but they insisted only on bill payment.

Even i do understand that it may the company's policy but they should also see that the customer is very genuine.Rs.200/- is a very minor amt.why cant this people don't see customer's loyalty, the bill history, the regularity in bill payment. I felt so much hurt, this is the reward airtel company gave me for my loyalty? Is this this the reward i got in return of using airtel connection for such a long period of 4 years?

If we have any problem this people takes months to solve it n when we make complaint they give us nonsense answers but if we get delayed in bill payment due to some genuine reasons, every day they will call us for bill payment.

This all companies don't deserve customer's loyalty. I advise everybody not to use airtel connection.

Terrible service
I have prepaid mobile connection of airtel. The problem is that some one trace my call details and create problem for me.

My sim card deactivated automatically
I am using postpaid connection of airtel since last 9 month now i am facing big problem from company side my no. is showing sim registration failed without any reason & the customer care executive is saying that their is a technical problem & from 3 days they are saying the same.

STV's are ineffective
Pathetic is the symomym for STV's offering by Airtel in the market currently. I reside in Delhi and my number is 9810706560, I am using Airtel from last 7 years NOW i think the time has come to say GOOD BYE to this company. Reason everyday instead of improving, there customer care services are becoming pathetic and of no use. I mean talking to Airtel Customer Care is just like talking to George Bush. You cannot find any customer care executive to talk no matter how many times you try.

AIRTEL, Mr. Mittal ARE YOU LISTENING... Your Company is not Listening... PATHETIC AIRTEL...

Billing issues
I bought an Airtel Blackberry Pearl 8100 almost the very first week Airtel launched this model. The service was great and everything going very smooth until Jan '08, when I spoke to a customer Service Rep and was advised that even on the Blackberry 499/- data plan 100 MB of Data download was free. Since, my usage was not more than 100 MB over a period of 2 years I decided to switch from my original 899/- Unlimited plan to the 100 MB plan.

To my surprise I was shocked to get a hefty bill of Rs.14000/- for the next month! When I called customer support they now tell me that there is no 100 MB free with 499/- Plan. I requested the rep to raise a complaint as I changed my plan only after receiving confirmation from Airtel customer support is when I changed the plan. The rep took all details and gave me a ticket number. However, they dragged this issue for 2 months, after which I escalated to "nodal officer" and they came back to tell me that they never had any calls where their rep informed me of the 100 MB free data on 499/- Plan and also that the call records no longer exists and that the Bill was valid and I have to end up paying!!

I'm still disputing this issue and they have canceled my connection. The worst part is that I cannot use my Blackberry with any other service provider as the device is SIM locked and these Airtel employees are very rude once you are not a customer to them.

IF someone has gone thru the same issue and found someone at Airtel who could help resolve, please share with me.
