Unable to recharge
I m prepaid customer of Airtel Andhra pradesh and now I m not able to recharge. I got recharge voucher but due to some problem it was not responding thats why i send many request for same. And when now i m trying than Airtel is not allowing me showing me message "You are BARRED from this services"...

Worst customer care
FOR DEACTIVATION OF SMS OFFER IN AIRTEL ACCORDING TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE, WITH IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS OR YEARS UR COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED... HOW WORKING WORST CUSTOMERCARE...
Have just bought a new prepaid Airtel connection (my complaint no: 5062617476300). I wanted to Deactivate the sms offer so call to airtel customer care on 18th june they toled that sir i forwarded, it will be deactivated on 24th june, after 24th june i call to airtel customer care ask about that sorry sir still it is not resolve ur complaint once again i forwarded it will be deactivated on 26th, once again same story... continuing again i call airtel customer care and spoke one customer executive Lokesh, he toled me that same story once again i am forwarded ur complaint it will be deactivated on 30th june if not deactivated u can spoke with my manager, again i called to customer care and i spok with santhosh... again he is telling i forwarded ur complaint it will be deactivated on 1st july... on this way u can see how the airtel customer care responding the people...
Moral of the story: Don't trust Airtel. Don't buy Airtel. If you can't afford Hutch, go without a phone. Hire a messenger to send your messages. Above all, don't call customer care and waste your time. Buy some other card. Even an out-of-state on roam SIM.

Deactivation, outgoing calls barred
Airtel is becoming nightmare for the customers. They make false statements and cheat the customers on invalid grounds. I took an add on card from them, which have been deactivated several times without undue reason. Time again i called up customer care and they reverted with rude behavior saying go to nearest airtel gallery. We can't help it out.
My outgoing calls are barred. and the verification agency has made the false statements that i do not live in my residential address given to them. First thing I am already their customer for the last two years and now when i have taken an add on card, how can the verification differ in the next card.
God please save us. Such people die of severe heart attack and deadly diseases who cheat others like airtel is doing.

Worst service
I had 6 postpaid connections of airtell under C.U.G. I wanted to convert my connections to pre-paid and approached their local agent to whom i have paid the full payment in cash on25/06/08 and purchased 5 conversion sim cards and got the confirmation through SMS, that my request has been registered and the conversion will be effected within 9 working hours, but to my dismay till1pm on 28.06.08 nothing has happened. When called the customer service six times they could not sort the problem. I deeply regret for having gone to airtel and fed up with the company.

Sim disconnected
Since i am using Airtel connectivity Cell / Landline / Broadband, due to heavy workload i forgot to pay the last bill amount ie only Rs.633 today suddenly disconnected my SIM. Since i am customer of Airtel and using 2 years the way disconnected the sim is not good to maintain valuable customer.
Either they can deactivate the outgoing first or incoming first, instead of they totally disconnected SIM. Now i am in the position to reconsider whether i should continue with AIRTEL product for all connectivity or nor? I am need a marketing guy from Airtel to discuss about this. If possible please contact me.
I am in big organization and most of my co-owers are using AIRTEL, but by this kind of attitude, i will never recommend to anyone to have AIRTEL connectivity.

SIM - registration failed
I brought a Six year validity Airtel Prepaid card (9790094121 - tamilnadu) a couple of months before and left it unused.When i tried to use it a day before it says Registration failed. When i inquire Airtel office they told me SIM cant be activated again. I need to get this number back and activated my SIM.

Scam and cheating
My complain is not attained by the staff of airtel gallery of Crofert Market in Mumbai. My cell number is 9967057795. My sim had been blocked for resubmission of document. I haver submitted the document twice at the same gallery but there is no response yet about activation of my complain. I already forwarded a complain on web site of Airtel, but they have also not responded. I talked to customer care they lodged my complain vide their number 062443809700 & 062545789000. To day again I approached to customer care but Mr Atul who is sitting over there is refused to lodged my complain for the same.
It is request to rehabilitate my connection as early as possible to overcome on communication problems.

Terrible customer service
I have shifted my residence and wanted my phone to be shifted.
1. I was told that there is no connection available there where they were giving new connections.
2. Took me a month and numerous calls to finally get it shifted.
3. Lots of false information all the time.
4. False commitment.
After this I asked for a wi-fi router, was told that I will get it next day.
1. I call next day and no complaint was there, I lodge one again.
2. I was again told about a 24 hour delivery, I wait at home and no one shows up.
3. Call them everyday multiple times for last 5 days, it takes almost 30 minutes and multiple tries to get to someone who can talk to you.
4. Every time I was told it will be done in next few hours. I was told someone would call me. nothing was done.
5. Talk to the supervisors and nothing has happened.
5. I am STILL WAITING.
Is there a place where I can go and follow-up ? This is so disgusting and something needs to be done. The consumers have been taken for a ride with pathetic service, false information and no care whatsoever.

Terrible company
I am having 3 airtel postpaid connections which is a corporate connection.i am located in chennai city. I have a worst experience with airtel. I am having network problem for the past 2 months. There is very weak network coverage in my room and if i come out of my room, there is no network at all. I have been complaining for the past 2 months but no actions were taken. I am really pissed off. In added to this i have multiple problems, one among them is airtel web account. I used to pay my bill through airtel websites but for the past 3 months I am paying through different sites. Nobody is taking the responsibility to resolve this issue. I am not the only person affected by this, there are lot, they are not doing because of their day today works. I was a airtel lover once upon time. I am very much aggravated because of this. My house is not in a village, it is next to an IT park in chennai. The interesting thing about airtel is the customer service, if we say that we want to speak with the supervisor, they will disconnect the call. I have spoken with many supervisors through customer care but no results were met.
