Post paid coneections
I am using Post paid connection in airtel, Now i have given request for post paid to pre paid,
Pls find the details of the comunication had with Airtel. So far Post paid not deactivated and prepaid conn activated.

With reference to your email, and as per our teleconversation our Field Team will visit you on your office address at after 4pm on 01.05.2008 for the collelction of prepaid documents for the mobile numbers 9840866548, 9840866545 & 9940066548, hence requesting to clear the outstanding and the unbilled to proceed for the same.

It has always been our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service and we assure you of our sincere commitment to meeting all your future requirements too.

For further assistance, mail us at [email protected].

They have infomed me that your Post Paid services will be deactivated within 24 Hrs ans Your line will be dead for one day and Pls load the Pre-paid card it will be activated within 9 Hrs.

But so far it was not happened. We value your association with Airtel.

But No body retruned back for the same, I have wiated upto 03.05.2008, But no Reply.

So I gone to your Airtel office, Reach Telecommunication for the same. and they asked me to clear all the UNB and Outstanding as on date then only they will give the sim card Pre-Paid.

So I have cleared the UNB and Outstanding as on 03.05.2008 for the details they have given by checking their system.

They have taken the copy of the Bill and then only they have given the new sim Card after filling the Application form and ID Prrof, Photo and Pass port copy.

They asked to give pre-paid cjharges Rs 200 for each card and they have given the Pre-paid sim

complaint for an airtel distributor
mai ek retailer hun .airtel distributor ne kha ki 2 airtel uth pack k saath ek 59 wala coupen hai agar ek saath dono ko activate karwa lo.maine do number le liye.no.`s 4 dec. 2007 ko activate karwae the magar muje aaj tak coupen nhi mila.mai bastli ka hun mera naam sumit kumar hai. my mob no.9896723844 hai.pls mere samasya ka samadhaan kijiye.disributor nissing ka hai.

deduction of balance unnecessery
i have activated gprs on my mobile for 24 hours and after using one day i have deactivated it by sending message to 511.but still you are deducting the balance.plz refund my balance.i am facing this problam from last one month.but your executive are not boathering. my mobile number is 9860046944. refer complaint number 105091722500

Network Problem
This complain is in accordance to NETWORK PROBLEM of AIRTEL in P/O:- SARMERA, Dist:- Nalanda State:- Bihar.

I A.K.Sinha a resident of Vill:- Cheron P/O:- SARMERA, Dist:- Nalanda, State:- Bihar. INDIA am owing two prepaid connections of Airtel for the past One and half years. The numbers are as follows:- +91 9931910062 / +91 9934926735.

I am having regular problems with the network problem of Airtel since day 1. The signal in never weak but remains dead. Altough my residence is only 3 km. from the nearest Airtel tower which is situated at Sarmera. I never get my signal.

Altough having complained to your customer care division for nearly 50 times of the same nothing has been done to stop this. This careless attitude of Airtel made me write this complaint.

If the same continues I am sorry to say I will not only quit myself to some other network but will make all effort that can be done to switch all the existing customers to the same.

very poor in net work connection
last few days Airtel net work connections is very poor in coimbatore sround area . every few sections disconnet in line. but the tower display is full in cellphone. what happen this proplem. but other companies like Aircel, vodafone tower is cleared.

please checked immediately this problem.

Online Payment not reflected
I had paid my Airtel post paid mobile bill on May 3, 2008 through citibank online utility bill payment facility. The amount was deducted from citibank but then it is not reflecting in Airtel.

bill plan not changed
I deepika grover mobile no 9816165655, my ploblem is that on 13th march I called customercare 121 for my billing plan changed. there is Mr. Naresh whom I talked he said on 2nd april 08 your bill plan can changed, but so many times I called on 121 for to changed my plan from corporate to one india plan. they all your employee said the within 48 hours u recieved a call from customer care but no body can take care of all these situation which iam facing.how many times can I call for this request. last month I paid the bill but, in this month I recieved approx Rs 1350 bill. This time I will not pay to u any amount, because its airtel fault not from customer fault . tell me what can i do. either u dont want your customer satisfation . or any other alternatives.your emplyee give me the headoffice no i'e 0177-2623333 which is not picking by any person. so its my request not to maintain any callcenter for customer. if u are not satisy the customer.

Activated a new airtel prepaid connection with 1yr validity, two months back with 149 booster.But now the booster pack in not available.Please do the needful at the earliest.
