Weak Customer Service
Worst exp had wit airtel network Provider, this was the first time...my gprs was active and which i had to deactivate..so i followed the steps needed to de activate it..for which i had talk wit the customer care excecutive. who said me tat ur request to da activate gprs is taken and will be prossesed in next 4hrs..Thinkin tat it will be done was relaxed..after three days when i luckly checked my balance found that its gone from almost 75rs to 0.75 paise, asking for the same to customer care again they said that they didnt receive any deactivation sms form me. so i enquired abt to find weather they they can get me to tat person to whom i had spoke wit a couple of days before, tat also they said they cant, so asked tat ur system must be havin some record's for the request tat too was denied...its really bad service from airtel, they have habit of deducting money for things which customer dont want and u cant expect them to return it back even after when u have geniun explanation for it.

Network problem
I have 3 cell phones in my house with Airtel Sim card.
in Everyday from evening to midnight is we make a call it
is always shows NETWORK BUSY ...
And this problems not with me also with all mine friends those having Airtel Sim card.
Very BAD Service...

careless service
i have a post paid no. 9915578086 but i was convert it post to pre paid no's was running well in pre-paid but after two months of pre-paid no. is totly disconnected without any sms, call or other intimation to us. while we are going to your distributer office Gee Gee telecom, The Mall Bathinda while he says plz come after two days we give you the same no. in running mode but today i was went there but am surprise he not swap my no. 9915578086 but he swap some other no. 9915578076 against mine. but my no. still not active in same validty or balance.. plz look in to matter and revert..my alternate no. +919877288100

Deduct money eventhough never ask for it
I never attend any call from airtel, still airtel told that you have subscribe for masti pack and deduct money.
It also happens earlier for hello tunes twice. I did not get a single rupee back.
Please do something about it.

iam a prepaid cell holder
i purchased a three months valid prepaid card worth of rs1100 on 7th april 2008.it is valid up to july 2008.
now iam at chennai on roaming.
iam not able to receive any in comming call from anywhere.but receive sms and send my outgoing calls.
several complaints made at both ends at bhopal (m.p)and tirunelveli(tamilnadu)yield no result so far.
iam facing surgery shortly.it gives me great mental agony.
the least botherd attitude of officials at both ends are condemnable

incomming callsnot operative
iam a patient likely to undergo surgery.
for this purpose i moved from bhopal madhyapradesh to my native place tirunelveli.
iam an airtel customer at bhopal.i purchaseda three montha validity prepaid card worth of1100.the talk time will be around rs900.the validity period is up to 5th july.this purchase was effected on 7th april.2008
when i reached my home town on 15th april icould find all my incomming calls are not reaching me.
those who tried has heard net work is busy.
till this minute i could not receive any incomming call including the one from my doctor.
iwent to airtell customer care centre located at nellaiapper high road opp.to schaffter hr.sec.school.tirunelveli where i have been instructed to contact bhopal airtel customer care.
i did that also through my friends and lodged a formai complaint
on 26th april.
till this minute my incomming services are not restored.
both customer care centres at madhyapradesh bhopal and my native place tirunelveli chennai are ststing nothing wrong with them.
finally i warned them that i may go to the consumer court
they said they cant help me...
with great hardship iam passing my presurgery days with out any incomming calls.
it is agonistic and painful.
my hand set has been throughly examined by the airtel authorised service engineer who informed my set is perfectly okey.
i wish this should not happen again to more innocent victim

EXCESS CHARGES GPRS
I'm having the number 9910626501 since past 2.5 years. And on the same Airtel offered me GPRS Mobile Office at the rent of Rs 99 per month at the time of offering the connection. Everything worked well, but due to technical problem this service was not working properly on 19th March 2008. I complaint the same to customer care and they resetted the same service and i recieved the confirmation sms from Airtel that "MOBILE OFFICE IS ACTIVATED AND THE RENTAL FOR THE SAME IS Rs 99 PER MONTH, DOWNLOADING AND SURFING CHARGES ARE NIL"
but as per my current bill the service has been changed to Rs 499 per month from 24th March 2008, and they had charged Rs 935 in current bill. Also complained serveral times but now they say that this service is offered to me for Rs 499 only, also there would be no reversal to the charges. However all the shift managers comply to my words, because I had never asked to change this service to Rs 499. But i dont know why they are making fool of us.
I want to file a court case against Airtel, pls anyone state the procedure for the same.

charges
i have not subscribed for any kind of services from airtel still i receive some service messages and suddenly my balance is cut by rs.50/- when i contact the customer care they tell me to call after 24 hours and when contacted again after 24 hours they tell u hoave downloaded something when actually the mobile was not used at all
