want to get my call history
i lost my contacts ...i want to get back my call history...but airtel customer care s not responding to it...

Bulk messages
Dear Sir,
I have been complaining for Bulk messages I receive since March 9th March 2011.
After the complaints ( for which I have to pay for the call charges and the executive will make you hold the line quite long and the executives have a typical evasive answer),
I receive a text message from 121 with a complaint number after the calls.
This are the following Complaint numbers/ messages I have received:
F 833299192 Dated 9th March
36817581 Dated 9th April ( which says We will get back to you by 25th April 2011, something which never happened )
36817581 Dated 13th April ( NDNC investigation have been completed. No action taken as the 45 Day wait period is not over yet.
37389861 Date 13th May ( We will get back to you by 25th May 2011 11:28:47 )( see how precise deadline's been mentioned)
F 865403386 Date: 13th May ( Ref no for any future interaction)
When I dint receive any calls from Airtel, I had called up today at 12:26 PM, after talking to the clueless executive, she told me sweetly if I have waited for so many months, I can wait for another 4 hours and the matter would be resolved. As usual no one had bothered to call.
Now who's mercy should I ask for to get me out of this bulk SMS mess and how long do I need to wait for the so called investigation to finish.
One last question DOES DND REALLY WORK OR IS IT ANOTHER FARCE CREATED BY TRAI OR ITS BEEN DELIBERATELY SABOTAGED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THERE CASH REGISTER RINGING?

Huge balance deduction
IMPORTANT:My mobile no. is 9501612888. I too agree with the automatic balance deductions airtel is accused of. I am not interested in any of the value added services of airtel but I am frequently charged rs.5-15 unnecessarily with the message 'you have been charged rs.5 for activating the '______' service'. But on 23rd May the problem became serious when I was surfing facebook on mobile internet and I received a message that 'You have been charged rs.65 for downloading java game from airtel.But actually no file was downloaded on my phone.On contacting customer care, I was told that the money cant be refunded because it was purchased by me and it was not due to airtel service. Yesterday I recharged my phone with Rs.200 and received 179 rs.Today when I saw my balance, it was reduced to rs 78.My 100 rs. were deducted unnecessarily.I can't afford to lose so much money.Please try to return my money as soon as possible.

Customer care does not exist
I have been using Airtel for the past 5 years and now I'm trying to reach Airtel customer (past 5 hours) service and every time I try the line gets disconnected. I have tried the same on various phone lines and nothing goes through and every time it gets disconnected when the voice recorder says that it would put me through a support rep.
I really disappointed with the customer service offered by Airtel, Every Airtel customer that I talk to reports the same problem and some has never reached customer care in months.
Please take necessary action on the same.

Incorrect Billing Calculation
Incorrect Airtel Postpaid Mobile Bill - April-2011: Hi, I am a long term Airtel Mobile Post paid Customer. My Mobile number is 8754403724. I regularly use the 2G GPRS plan (Rs. 98 - 2 GB - 30 paise/50 KB). On May-4-2011 - 3:46 PM, I have converted my plan from 2G to 3G GPRS ( Rs. 100 - 100MB - 30 paise/20KB). When I got the bill, it was very detailed. Thanks to Airtel for the detailed Bill. I looked into the calculation and the 3G charge was applied for the whole day May-4-2011 even for the volume that I consumed in 2G till 3:46 PM on the 4th May. How can Airtel charge me for 3G when I was using 2G. It is fair to charge me for 3G for any usage effective May-4-2011 3:46 PM. I have the text message confirmation from airtel on when (3:46 PM 4-May-2011) the 3G got activated and 2G got deactiviated.
I registered a complaint with Airtel and the number is 37306493. I got 3 calls from the Airtel office and I had to explain the problem statement again and again. I am not sure whether it is documented in their system. Finally I sent a mail to Nodal officer and I did not get any response for 3 days (SLA) until I checked with them. They said that the billing is calculated correctly, whereas it is not. Then I called the appellate number 9940644865 and again explained the issue. They are saying that the system calculated for the whole day when we activate 3G. This clearly states that the Airtel Billing system has a flaw that needs to be fixed. Otherwise their Customer are paying more than the actual. This calculation doesnot need an expert to do.
I would request Airtel Managers/Supervisors to involve and come up with a resolution. What if a customer change the plan from 3G to 2G on the mid of a day? Will you charge them for 2G on the whole day (even for the 3G usage in the first half of the day)? I need a quick resolution as the Billing due date is not far away.

mobile bill
SIR, my mobile no.9815621970 {airtel}plan is taken rs.@100per month in which company is provieding me 500 mints and 500 sms free.After that airtel to airtel [email protected] others 50 p. I received first bill in which as per comitment i was not given 500 mint. and bill was shown airtel to airtel 20 p and others 50 p. I did complaint to custm0r care . its complaint no .is37161476 dt.29.4.11, now i receive 2nd bill in which same thing happened. once again i did complaint to company. Its complaint no.37409449 dt.14.5.11, so i request u pls solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise i am going to TRIA. Thanks.

Fake calls
I too received a fake call this morning from +923472121767 around 11:30 am saying i have won a lottery worth 25 lakhs & the prize money will be credited to my account if i recharge for Rs. 555/-... I hesitated a bit, checked my balance and was surprised to see that the balance has reduced to Rs. 0.33 from over Rs. 100/- earlier.. Suspecting it to be a fake call i googled n found out that the call was from pakistan... I feel it is a kind of JIHAD through which pakistan is trying to fix innocent indians in trouble... We have come accross LOVE JIHAD, BIO JIHAD and many such things... THIS fellow is also mentioning my Airtel SIM details while informing about prize money... Not known how he got the details. ... It is high time that the Home Ministry and External Affairs Ministry to view the issue seriously and take necessary steps...

No response from customer care
on 10may, i asked customer care to start net for recharge of 5rupees . My balance befose recharge is 196 & after recharge is 191. iused net for 14.55 rupees for download . But my balance become 0 in the morning dated 11may. I have talked customer care for several days .on 18 may 50 rupeees was refund.Ihave talked to neha, joyti, chandan, malkeet & many more...no action has been taken till date. now they are not responding to call. even they are not taking the calls

Sub: Request for Disconnection Airtel Digital TV Connection due to poor Service.
Please let me know the procedure to disconnect the Airtel Digital TV Connection to the above Ref# (Customer ID# 3007962816).
I bought a connection from Airtel on 17/05/2011 through phone while booking itself your executive said that your service engineer will install all the necessary items before 1:00 O’clock on same day (17/05/2011) but he came by 3 O’clock and installed but…
While I’m booking the connection itself all my friends and relatives said that don’t go with Airtel since they have more customers they are unable to provide good service so choose some other products who give best service but I said to them that because of their good service only they have that much of customers but you people proved it what my friends and relatives said is right
I listed 4 Problems in detail for your reference.
Problem 1
I opted for 2 Regional languages (Tamil & Telugu) but provided Telugu and Kannada after so many calls it has been resolved.
Problem 2
On my pack you need to give 12 meters of wire to me to connect Airtel dish and setup box but he used some old wires (Dish TV) which was left by some one who stayed earlier at there. If they (Dish TV) come and take their items I will be in the problem.
Problem 3
By Saturday (21/05/2011) suddenly on my TV I received an message as “No Signal” with error code “B0008” immediately I called your customer service and inform to them.
They said that they will register a complaint regarding this and service engineer will come to my home on Sunday (22/05/2011) morning 9:00 O’clock so my entire family waited for service engineer till my 11:00 O’clock by postponing all our programs which we planned already.
So I call again customer support by 11:00 O’clock on 22/05/2011 the lady said that our appointment was given for afternoon 1:30 pm I said to her that while I’m filing the complaint it was advice to me as morning 9 O’clock now you saying that 1:30 pm and request her to give correct timing so she confirmed again and said that before 4:30 pm (Sunday) our problem will get resolved.
My father dropped from our plan and left in home to get resolved this issue. By 5:00 pm I got a message stating that “Dear Customer, your Service request reference no is 8215082 for “Video Problem” has been resolved. If the issue is unresolved please call 8008976161” after I reach home by 8:00 pm my father said no one came from “Airtel” to resolve the problem so immediately I switch on the TV and Setup Box to check whether it has been resolved but still we face the same problem.
I called the given Ph# 8008976161 but no response so again I called Customer Service and spoke to them and explain all the above scenario and request him to give procedure to cancel Airtel Digital TV but he requested to give him one final chance and he will make sure that this problem will be get resolved before 4:30 pm (23/05/2011) Monday evening.
I agree for that and waited till 6:30 pm on (23/05/2011) but no one responded so I called again the customer service and requested for the procedure to cancel the connection again they requested for one more chance to resolve this problem but I requested to them really we totally fed with their service and disconnect the connection he said he will send a request for disconnection and somebody will talk to me in next 24 hours from their office I agree for that so he put request for disconnection with reference# 8008976161.
Problem 4
While booking they said I will get 127 channels apart from my 2 Regional packages but I’m receiving only 90 Channels inclusive of DD and free channels I adopted.
Please consider my request and cancel the digital TV connection and refund my full amount immediately Rs. 1590/- (One thousand five hundred and ninety only).
Note: Even I planning to file a complaint on Airtel Digital TV on consumer court on above issue without attaining the problem itself it was advice as problem resolved”
