deactivation of frenzo
i wanted to deactivate frenz0 which is charging 25rs every week thoiugh i dont use it.hence i request u to deactvate that i 9686215311 and refund my deducted amount

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
AIRTEL DTH is the WORST service provider in the nation. THe take customer on granted they make coustomer to suffer a lot .

Incorrect billing
Reference: 37257956, I have been facing very frustated with the services provided by Airtel. Forget about the ground level advisor it is top management. I have contacted several time to MD of Airtel for getting the issue resolved but without any success. At first reminder there was action and call from Airtel corporate office and assured me that issue would be fixed within 48Hrs. This is almost a month now I am chasing with no success and no communication. This is insult of a customer paying them for services over last 7 years and now I have planned to go to court and also publish all the complaints to newspaper.Just now I had been call with customer care and when asked to handover call to senior the call was dosconnected as I am not ready to wait for 24hrs. This is useless customer service and Airtel should face the heat now...

false bill
sir i had a bill for isd calls that i had not do anytime in life march-aprill 11 bill.
my bill no is 458164870.and i had complaint for it.but there is no any solution.pls do for it

Change of plan
My name is Prateek jain and my landline number is 0731-4007901 and i'm also using broadband service of airtel. I've paid rs.4431 on 21/03/2011 by cash for the half yearly plan of airtel broadband but they change the plan from half yearly to monthly without any intimation. i've been receiving monthly plan with fixed charges of around rs.800 from last 2 months. I have also done so many compliant about the same but no solution have been made by you. I want you to change my plan immediately to half yearly as i have paid for the same. This is my second complaint regarding this problem please contact me as soon as possible.

Sir i have already informed to Airtel executives to cut my connection on date 2/feb/2011 (wednesday) till now they haven't did this & are still charging me. plz look after this matter or else i think i should go to consumer forum now no more option left.

Harrasment after lodging a complain.
Respected Sir,
Allready by harassing, I have lodge a complaint regarding internet service. I am a prepaid user. I have sony ericsson phone( Xperia x10i -Rs.29, 200)in which I am using Airtel sim(2G). Every time my line is disconnected for few hours.
Firstly by harassing, I lodge a complain to customer care of airtel that mostly my line has been disconnected, but maximum during night hours, they gave me the complaint no.CMOUD-30502008353, it was 12days before, today at night my line was cut 13 times, now also I have started receiving unusual &harassing SMS, very much harassing service in West Bengal (Asansol) by airtel network, please solve my problem, throwing SIM is the last option.
Hope you will do something.

loss my balance in mobile
Dear sir,
it's painful and insecure to recharge my mobile when automatically unwanted service activates on my mobile phone.Last 11/05/2011 I just read a massage and its after "talk to me" service activated own-self and 12rs have deducted again on 12/05/2011 I just receive a massage that "t20-20"service activated and five rs again deducted.I call "198" ask who activates it than he answered that its by internet activated now service is stop but my loss is not payable by them.
Sir they doesn't informed me quickly when a service is activated on my mobile service, and my call history have already shows that I doesn't send any proper call or messages to accept the service than why should I pay.By this kind of harassment I can't maintain my balance to talk any other my contacts in emergency.
Sir please take some action and make a teach to them that nobody could face this type of problem.

irregularity of service
i am using a airtel prepaid sim in the name of my father. i have recharged a msg pack of rs.26 which gives a offer of free message local and national for 10 days. i have recharged 3 days ago but the airtel is deducting my balnce for every message. on complaining they r telling me that money is not deducted and after i made 2 calls they became unreachable. Instead of connecting the call to customer care service they just speaking about a offer and disconnecting it. this has happened to me many a times. this irregularity of service should be checked. i am tired of there poor service.
