Wrong Charges
1st Plan Given to me :- 699rs for limited usage of 3gb.
My name is Harminder Virk, i have an Airtel broadband connection (0129-4082265), which i got activated in Feb, 2011.Since then i m facing problem with the
services provided by Airtel team.
Following is the list of bad customer service provided to me.
1. 1st Month :- Sales executive explained the plan incorrectly and i got wrong
bill which i never expected, finally he accepted that he was wrong but
requested me to pay the first
Bill as from next bill he will change my plan to 449rs/m
which is unlimited free for surfing and downloading.I accepted that and paid my
first bill without any issues.
2. 2nd Month :- I received a call from airtel, that my plan has been changed to
449rs/m and from next month i will recieve bill according to that, i was ok
with that and started
using the net according to my needs,
At last i got a bill of 2500rs and something, so i
called airtel helpline (121) and they said they said airtel have some next bill
cycle policies which was never
explained to me correctly at first point, so it's not my
mistake now and i asked the executive to let me talk to a supervisor and he
denied and said he will not
transfer my call
Executive name :- Ashwin Singh ( and he was felling very
proud while saying no, Good! ).
Bad Customer Service Experience While Calling 198
1. 2nd May ( Morning ) Sorry i am not sure about the time but it will around
10:30.
Shreya picked up my call and asked i want to talk to a supervisor she said all
are busy will arrange a call back for me.I was polite and said fine.
2. 2nd May ( Night 9pm) Was waiting for the call
Finally i called again at 198 and Saurabh picked my call and i said the same
thing i need a supervisor and finally he disconnected.
3. 2nd May ( Night 9:05pm )
I called again thought someone might help me same thing happened, executive
name Manish disconnected.
4. 20th Apr
I got a message from Airtel that i will get a call from an executive and he
will explain me the bill for a landline number i doesn't have.
0129-45557400, i don't know whose no is this but they keep on sending me
messages for this no's bill aswell. Strange but true airtel have no idea what
they are doing.
5. 2nd May ( Night 9:08pm )
Finally a guy Nilesh helped me, he was very good and calm too.
Now the reason i am contacting you is that if you can find a reason where i am
wrong i will pay my bill without any issues, why always customer suffer because
of robets sitting
in your callcenters, who won't understand anything, just say what' son thier
screen.
I can choose BSNL also, but the reason for choosing Airtel is that if i face
any problem someone will help me but same thing is happening with you guys
aswell, what should i say
now that there is no difference between the functioning of a Private sector and
Government Sector

HI MR MITTAL,
your company give 2GB in 99 pack but BSNL give 4GB in same price with more speed than your service.BSNL give unlimited BSNL to BSNL in just RS 300.00.but your company give just 15000 minute.i think you are not interested to take your company as no1 in india, once upon a time you are no :1 company in INDIA.lots of custmer are switch to other operators in orissa.Now BSNL, VODAFONE company are very good than your company.so i think if you are not able to increase your NET speed upto 30 to 40 kbps and if you not give me new offers rather than your old bitch offers then i am sorry to say you i switch to BSNL or VODAFONE service. i'm very sorry because i am using your service scince 2004 so i want to stay with you as long as your company stay, but now a day your service is very irreteting me due to the above cause.so please change your service offers and NET packs, MONTHLY pack.VAS packs, free local minute packs and customer care rules.

deactivation of frenzo
in my airtel no 9686215311 in not able to deactivate airtel frenzo which is charging 25 f0r 15 days.even after calling ti customer care and sending msg to 121 as stop .they are not able to .so pls deactivate the service as soon as possible andgive my deducted amount..ive called airtel customer care 2 times n they r not able to deactivate it...

hello idiot Airtel i am very happy to hear that u have extnded the freedom paln for one year and within 3 months u changed the plan wow wt an idea idiot airtel owners ur playing in customers money and wt the hell u hav have done to the customers, i have made 1000 calls to ur stupid customer care hell and these irresponsible idiots talking for thy are wish...my number is 9994879493 do what ever the hell u can do... soon i am going to change from ths stupid network...

Cheating business of Airtel thru their very efficient thief executives
Airtel Company now starts cheating to their Customer specially pre-paid by automatically deducting there prepaid balance frequently, a banch of efficient thief executives are there & they don't care to here the problem of customer. I am a pre-paid customer of Airtel during last one decade bearing no.9831749969, previously it was a post paid connection, but there has been various fishy charges reflected in my postpaid bill then I switch over to pre-paid connection during last six years.
During last 3 months i noticed that my pre-paid balances are automatically deducted time to time, though I was in use of hello-tune it has been changed Rs. 30.00 per month but some times it has been charged twice in a month. I have made complaint regarding this, but the executives of Airtel Customer care are very irresponsible they don’t care the problem of customer. Yesterday(03.05.11 ) around 12.09pm I’ve received two sms followed by one after another from so called Highly Efficient Airtel Customer care dept. are as follows
1) ” your Hello Tune has been changed to Geeta Slok absolutely free. To search your favorite song SMS<Song name>to 578785(Free)”
2) “You have been charged Rs. 60.00 for 90 days for Hellotune Service to deactivate this service dial 543211808.toll free…”
I am surprised as I’ve not made any request to change my Hello tune at all. Hence I called up Customer care regarding this they previously try to convince me that the request was coming from my side when I ask them to play the voice recording of myself regarding the above request then they transfer the call to their Senior executive, he told me yes it is actually automatically changed due to a fix programme. I request him to get back my old Hello Tune & refund back of Rs. 60.00. he told it is not possible to return old Hello Tune the amount of Rs. 60.00 will refund back if I deactivate the Hello Tune. I repeatedly enquire about that is it possible to refund Rs. 60.00 after deactivation of Hello Tune that person repeatedly assure me yes it is the only way to refund back the amount & with in 20 min I’ll receive the SMS of the same. Hence I became agree above deactivation. I’ve recd deactivation sms at 2.34pm another two sms bearing request no.20503380515 at.2.40pm & 20503391077 at 2.45pm on 03.05.11. From yesterday till now at 1.55pm I ve made at least ten to fifteen calls regarding refunding of Rs. 60.00. which they deducted wrongly…today they openly told me the amount is not refundable ….
I don’t understand what is going on it is openly snatching of money there is no scope to trust to any body the Representative of a RENOUNED COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL. The situation is, They made the mistake from their end but they denied their wrongly act, they force us to act accordingly that they are needed. After this they wave the all responsibility to customer’s shoulder. The person like me who are attached in a working world they have not enough time to look after what is going on wheather the pre-paid balance deducted or not. Yesterday accidentally I’ve noticed & then knocked to the customer care…now till date after receiving their way of response I’m vary much worried about their activity..I am sorry & dare to say that “they are nothing but SOFISTICATED THIEF PAID BY AIRTEL CO.
I’M VERY MUCH DISHEARTEN & A POSSIBILTY TO SURRENDER THE AIRTEL CONNECTIVITY WHICH WAS MY MORE THAN A DECADE FRIEND…… I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT COMAPANY IS DOING?
HOW THEY ALLOW THEIR SO CALLED EXECUTIVES TO ACT THIS TYPE OF CHEAP ACTIVITY TO THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMER???????
… I ALSO APPEAL TO CONSUMER FORUM TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER ….

worst airtel internet

my main balance
i had a main balance of 38rs so i activated 5rs plane on internet. after i used a partly of 38mb it showed 12mb left in my account..so i went to ibm to watch the trailers . the trailer was 1.20 minutes only.it dint get loaded to 20sec. itself ..i got out of the page and i was checking my balance ... My whole 12mb was gone but although my main balance was 33rs it also gone..it got empted to 1.20rs..
how this is possible. i want my money back...
u r service are not good... and i am not satsified of what have u done

This is d second time i'l submit here a complaint about Airtel's balance deduction. I am using theri GPRS pack occationally. Yesterday and day before yesterday they deducted Rs.10 by two times, telling that i was downloaded one of their games. Dear sir i wil'nt download any of their game and i dnt got that. When i was called their customer care they spoke very rudely and lazyly. Kindly make the arrangements to solve this problem sir and also tell them 2 give me the refund. Many of my friends suffering about the same matter. My airtel number is 09995905775
