srarting services without consent
they are in habit of starting the value added services by their own and deducing the money.initially on request they refunded the money three times but later they have disabled my customer care service.in december 2010 i have recharged my accounnt with Rs. 444 and Rs.250 was deducted out of it on the name of services started which i never did. initially customer care used to blame of accidently pressing the buttons of mobile but fortunately i use nokia 5233 which is a touch screen mobile. as they do not have further excuses they have permenently disabled my customer care no.

today morning(8:30am) i got an sms from airtel which said " 10 rs has been deducted from my account for subscribing to tipsfromyuvraj" who the hell needs tips from yuvraj???? i called customer care 4 times. 3 disconnected call & 1 automatically got disconnected.
the question is why should i be charged for what i've not used? & this has not happened once but many times.i asked for refund & they said, i've used airtel live!!! now what the FCUK!!! how can i use airtelLive on NOKIA 1100.

me and many people like me need justice or if the company is gonna behave in similar way then i wish everyone to banish it... mother fuckers...

executives on their private number which was given to me and they told me that

I am getting some Internet billing problem from last 3
months and my Internet has been disconnected due to mismatch of billing error
from Airtel side. I got a call from Recovery agent on 12th Nov. 2010 and they
accept that due to there mistake of billing error this issue has been created.
Her name is Meghna (mobile # 9540016133) and she told to provide a waiver of
1000 rupees and told me to pay 1000 rupess which I already paid. And she
promised me that my issue will be resolved within 6 hours and after taking
payment she never picked up my call. After 2 days I got a call from senior
agent on 14th Nov 2010 his name is Kaushal (Mobile # 7827465440) and he also
promised me that the issue will be resolved within 1 day.. and now no one is
responding and I am waiting from last 7 days. But my issue is not been resolved
yet. Even they are not picking up my phone and just disconnecting my phone and
insulting both me and Airtels Goodwill. They all are spoiling image of Airtel.
This is totally wrong commitment and fraud. Noone is reverting in this issue
and bill comes at the end of every month without using any service. I have a
receipt of my payment of 1000 rs.
Please revert this mail or call me on my mobile number 9990393169 as soon as
possible otherwise Ill take some legal action.

Airtel simply put value added services...which costed me 90 rs ...when i complained they refused to refund the money & said that it was me that activated it...whereas i never activated it nor did anyone else for my phone

Unwanted VAS Service
I have been a loyal customer to Airtel. Infact my whole family has never used any other service providers than Airtel. But I think we all need to switch now. My mother( Number: 09896028834) has been charged more than two hundred rupees in last 2.5 months for VAS services which she never asked for. Even after calling customer care, going through their automated *121# service, services are still there and money is being deducted.

I am also facing the same problem on my number 09650387367. Despite the efforts to deactivate services, services are being forced and money is being deducted. Overall more than five hundred rupees must have been deducted from my family so far. This is definitely not acceptable.

And to add to everything, customer care can't give our money back!!! They can only deactivate the service!! So are we being punished for being loyal to Airtel???

Unwanted Scheme Acctivated
I am Air tel user since last three year but not i am not satisfy of your service because you activated the schemes without my any kind of instruction and you deduacte my amount from my balance and when i call in customer care they don't pick my phone. and very hardly if they pick my phone they don't accept their mistake. I am very upset from this task. I don't have lots of money to pay this unwanted scheme. I have talked with your supervisor Mohit but he did not take any kind of action of my complaint infect he blamed on me that you activated scheme. I think i have to change my connection for your poor service. i am very upset for your poor service. please request from me take acction of my complaint.

Problem with Mobile Tower
Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Bangarpet(No. 3688/1, 2nd Cross, , Vijayanagar, Bangarpet, Kolar District, Karnataka, 563114). We have mobile tower installed in front of our house which belongs to Airtel company. I am not objecting or against the installation of the tower but this specific tower is creating lot of problems to the public.
Explanation:After the installation of this Airtel tower lot of monkey's have started staying here and you know here is the actual problem.
1) It has become difficult for a lonely person to walk through the streets.
2) These monkeys will not allow you to carry any hand bags or carry bags with you.
3) I had a incident when the main door of my house was open one of its baby entered my home and there were about 15 to 20 monkey's entered my home to get the baby.
4) Once a few of these had attacked a dog in our street and today it has alomost attacked my dog if i were not there i would have lost my dog.
5) These monkeys are targetting small kids.

We have already complained to the town municipal authorities. I here by request the concerned officers to take necessary action to avoid these incidents before any damage causing to publicin future..

i paid my airtel landline phone bill once online vide my debit card.
but now i cannot pay online because of the system.everytime my password or the code intimated on my mobile seem to be mis matched.
