Final Settlement issue
My postpaid no. 7738107779.
I have exhausted by complaining with regards to my settlement of my post paid acccount . collection agency by the name of RMS solution called me with regards to outstanding, agent called Sneha on 22/10/2010 gave me a settlement figure which i agreed to pay and collection boy Titan Shah came and took a check of settlement figure. and gave me a ordinary receipt (On Back he writes " Full And Final Settlement) which is not full and final receipt. and then few days later airtel legal dept sends me a letter asking me to pay further outstanding. then i called upMiss.Dipti Gangurde on Mobile No.9930289429 She says there is nothing she can do and not ready to listen the issue and warned about Borivali court. i called many times but she never picks up the phone. all i need is my full and final settlement letter. Otherwise I'll Case.
Please Solve the issue sooner

DISCONNECTION
I FORGOTTEN MY MOBILE AT MY KNOWN PLACE BUT WHEN I RECIVED MY SET AFTER TWO MONTHS I STRANGED TO FOUND THAT MY CONNECTION NO 9501564045 HAS BEEN DISCONECTED WHEN I GO TO AIRTEL OFFICE THEY CONFIRMED THAT MY PHONE HAS BEEN DISCONECTED BUT THIER IS NOT ANY WAY TO START MY PHONE CONNECTION I HAD PURCHSED THIS PHONE CONNECTION WITH ALL VALID PAPERS AND THIER IS Rs 500=00 BALANCE IN THIS CONNECTION CAN AIRTEL HELP ME TO GET MY CONNECTION BACK AND MY HARDEARNED MONEY BALANCE

GPRS deactivation
myself sathya, my mobile number is 8870317243, On 11-1-11 night nearly 10.15 pm i have activated GPRS service for 5Rs by dialed *555*2#. i got the service, but for my every usage they took extra amount, so that i made call to customer service to deactivate my GPRS. The customer care executive said that, my GPRS is deactivated. but 12-1-11 morning 8.27 Am again my GPRS is activated. again i made call to the customer service, to deactivate it, but no proper response from the customer servive.
for each minute you debit 50 paise, but your executive always holding our call. so l lost more amount whenever i make call to your customer service. only for our problem we make call to the customer care, even for it u debit money. what's the meaning for that sir.
sir, deactivate my GPRS service permanently or temporaryly,
i am not satisfy ur customer service, i want to know, that customer care is working for us or for u.

wrong debit
Airtel gives wrong debits periodically. when customer approach them to rectify their error, charges are again levied, sometime more than what initially debited wrongly.
Airtel should stop taking revenue from the grievance redressal through their senior customer executive

not getting proper speed
Hi this is keshav kumar from chennai from 4th jan 2011 onwards iam not getting proper speed .. before i get 1 mbps only but i call to customer care and ask about my plan they said u get 2 mbps from august onwards 2010 but upto now i didnt get certain speed on 6th jan they solve it and i get 2mbps but now i get only 512 kbps from 8th jan onwards and i gave complaint on 9th jan they told solve it on 10th but now they told that u r using 512 only now i gave complaint they are saying we will solve in three days... pls help me to solve it quickly and one more thing is customer care was not give reply properly.. pls pls help me .if i didnt get proper reply iam going to disconnect my connection and no more payments am going to pay ... deduction of balance from my pre paid number
This with reference to my prepaid connection 8971157472 is Airtel Mobile number. I have already contacted at your customer care no. 198 for the resolution of my complaint of unauthoriosed deduction of balance for unused and undownloaded services but same was not resolve till date and approx 297/- Rs is deducted from my balance.
During n8 nokia mobile purchase i got a offer of 2gb free browsing for the number i am going to put initially so i activated in this number but latter period of time balance start dedudcted by services like games club .com mercury .com tadka.com etc etc which i have not downloaded.
I am highly dissapionted from your service and planning to de activate this nouber in case no action is been taken from your side.MY CONTACT NUMBER IS 9986304777
I Request you to kindly solve this issue and return my balance .

NDNC
I have register for NDNC on 6th December 2010. But nothing has happended so far. Every day I receive atleast 10 promotional SMSes, mainly from www.win2save.com. I'm really fed up because of this. I tried to lodge complaint on Airtel website but it does not accept the input. These buggers have just maintained the NDNC complaint webpage but no one bothers to see even it is working or not.
Appreciate if you can help in taking action against such companies who over rule the law and create nuisance for customers.

post paid connection complaint not addressed
I have a pre paid connection from Airtel representative (Rupesh) and had recently purchased a new post paid card which was claimed to be activated in 3 days. i am calling the customer care via my pre paid card and they dont address my query as its post paid query and tell me to call via my post paid card which is inactive. I insist to transfer my call to a post paid executive but in vain. They say they dont provide this basic facility. Even the representative who sold the card is absconding and does not receive my calls. The representative is an Airtel employee and i checked his ID. my spouse uses Vodafone and the service is remarkably excellent. I doubt the claim that airtel would be the most "loved" brand would come true. Very very bad service and experience.

Upgrading of Broadband to 4 MBPs: Worst Customer Service
Hi,
I am a customer of Airtel Broadband for ages.
1) I raised a request number: 10751505 on 23 Dec to upgrade my connection to 4 MBPs
2) At the end of 5 working days, a Complaint Number: 4137 1044 was registered, when I was informed that this can be done by 30 Dec.
3) Once again ...Nothing happened. It was found finally that 4 MBPs isn’t feasible and only it can be upgrade to 2 MBPs
4) On Jan 3, New Request number: 1077 7685 was logged to upgrade it to 2MPPs.
5) On Jan 6, I called and found that Airtel is once again doing the feasibility checks. I don’t know why once again they are doing these checks.
6) Finally on Jan6 once again a new complaint is logged: Complaint Number: 4167 2040.
Conclusion: I am still waiting from 23 Dec to upgrade existing connection. And what I am getting is new request numbers / complaint numbers.
I think I am just wasting my time, energy and efforts.
Thanks a ton Airtel for not getting me upgraded to impatient plans. I just love it.
