Hi this is keshav kumar from chennai from 4th jan 2011 onwards iam not getting proper speed .. before i get 1 mbps only but i call to customer care and ask about my plan they said u get 2 mbps from august onwards 2010 but upto now i didnt get certain speed on 6th jan they solve it and i get 2mbps but now i get only 512 kbps from 8th jan onwards and i gave complaint on 9th jan they told solve it on 10th but now they told that u r using 512 only now i gave complaint they are saying we will solve in three days... pls help me to solve it quickly... read full review »
