Worst Service
we are bought the two CUG postpaid sims in Airtel Tirupur Branch.
( Kumaran Road, Opp Maniam Classic Hotel ). Tommorrow the sim activated . But after 1 week the outgoing calls are cut. only incoming. after two days it was ready.we call to sumathi and ramachandran, both ask me it was a verification problem. ok. after one week again the same problem. the out going calls are barred. after two days incoming calls also barred. today our sim is compared to toy. not useful. this reason will create the bad name to my company. parties are not trust to my firm. because our contact numbers are untrusted. so we call to ramachandran and sumathi both are not responding this problem. both persons are not to take care of this. but we need solution to this problem. so please forward this complient to Airtel head office and take the actions immediately.

Messages arent getting delivered it keeps resending but nothng happens!

customer care
the worst ever customer care..not able to rectify my problems from past two months and give false promises..they have blocked my number also so that i cannot call the customer care..even the manager over there cannot do anything..his name is ganesh..they take 24 hours of time and never respond..it been 2 months i am facing a problem..

Wrost service of Airtel ever
I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements.
Customor Care service is wrost I had ever seen. Need to fired all current customer care excecutive and placed with new one.

I have recharged my airtel prepaid 9993827511 by SBI MOBILE BANKING TID 05020019322382 RS 330.00 but i get 233.75 in my airtel account only. Acording to govt . Policy it should be credite 285.00 Rs. After 13% service tax deduction . Regarding this problem i had complained your customer help line no . 198 with complain no. CBDCC312012036889 and CMNPC21015211723 but their respons is very poor and careless.so i request to you please see my matter and solve my problem and back my remain balance . Unauthorized usage
Hi,
I am an airtel user.On october 12th evening i got a message in my phone that showing my browsing charge and when checked my account, i was having balance of Rs.45/- and it seems to be reducing and at last the balance becam 0.09.When i complaint to customer care they said that the charge was for browsing.The fact is that i donot browse on these days.My Rs.45 gone...Airtel sucksss...

balance deducted no response from executives
on 13 oct at 1:15am by balance automaticaly deducted by 21 rupees and when i trie to cal customer excutive they did not pick up phone i want my balance back.

Delayed Verification Process - Phone out of service for more than 6 hours
Hi Airtel Team,
I am extremely unhappy due to the non-responsive attitude of your helplines and the concerned executives.
My phone connection was disabled on October 12, 2010 for which I did the verification immediately. The connection got activated but again today i.e. October 13, 2010 it again got disable at 2.00 pm IST. Since then, I am calling up the customer care numbers to which the executives responded that it will be activated within 1 hour giving a reason of a techincal default in the system.
Now its 8.00 pm ISt, still the number is de-activated. This is completly unacceptable to keep anyone's number disabled for so long despite all the formalities have been done. On the top of it, the executives are not picking up my repeated calls. I strongly take it a mismanaged service.
Please look into it urgently. I expect a prompt action.
