I have recharged my airtel prepaid 9993827511 by SBI MOBILE BANKING TID 05020019322382 RS 330.00 but i get 233.75 in my airtel account only. Acording to govt . Policy it should be credite 285.00 Rs. After 13% service tax deduction . Regarding this problem i had complained your customer help line no . 198 with complain no. CBDCC312012036889 and CMNPC21015211723 but their respons is very poor and careless.so i request to you please see my matter and solve my problem and back my remain balance .
