Dear Airtel,
I am not sure if this complaint would be resolved here either but this is only choice I have after several calls to 198(not entertaining my calls now) and 121 (Charged minutes).
With the above mentioned complaint referance I would like to state the following:
I received a phone call from your representative (9621121121) and he forced me explaining that I have been charged for MMS but I haven't sent any MMS in these 3-4 + year of relationship with Airtel.
I have sent SMS to a std number for which I am liable to be charged 60p/SMS(as per my plan, confirmed speaking to your representative Mahesha Kumar) but I was charged at unbelievable 5RS/SMS. Please note I can show you the message sent details which is in my mobile still its SMS not MMS (advise if I should visit Airtel shop to show this message as proof), While we are having this the phone got disconnected halfway. Then I called 198 and 121 many times in vain again.
Your immediate action would be greatly appreciated.
Please note I am more concerned on JUSTIFIED SERVICES not the money you have deducted.
P.S. I carry sent SMS message charged for MMS and eager to show you the messages if asked anytime.
I just revived a message from 876, "NO" I am not satisfied with the interaction I had with Somashekara and many other who hung up on me when phoned.

broken gift
we had requested for a reebok watch under AIRTEL's scheme of "my airtel my gift" we received the watch on 11-10-2010 but the mirror of the watch was cracked when we opened the pack. also we had to pay rs 150 extra to the delivery boy. this free watch cost us alot. i want it to be replaced at the earliest.

I have activated sms pack of rs 5/150 sms on date 08/10/2010. And i sent 116 sms on 08/10/2010 befor 12pm.but RS. 12 charged frm my main a/c. I beg help to custmercare frm Naresh but he did't satishfy reply with me.n before today many time charged frm my main a/c without any cause. But nobody solved my problem.

disconnection of lifetime simcard
I had taken in my wife's name lifetime prepaid sim card with no.9867825115.It was found that the phone no. was being continually debited Rs3/- for some value added service which was not asked.hence the phone was switched off and not being used thinking that when time permits it can be solved by going to companies gallery.However it is now noticed that simcard has been disconnected.Since it is lifetime simcard how can it be disconnected? I request the company to look into the matter.Incidentally when I had gone to U.S. about 5 years back I had kept my phone switched off for about 4 months but that time after coming back when I switched on I got immediate connection.Therefore it is surprising that it should happen now.Will the company clarify and give connection again? I may state that I had paid Rs999/- for lifetime prepaid, therefore it is all the more surprising.

Extremely Poor Service
i have been having a problem with my sms service. i am being charged rs1.50 for every local sms, which should be 0.50 instead. and also Rs 1 everytime i switch on my cell phone. this problem has been there for more than two months now. complain has been registered 5-6 times with the customer care but no action has been taken. evertime i am sent a new complain no through sms, but nothing beyond that. all i get to hear is that "mam over system doesnt show any problem" or sometimes there have been cases where customer care executive have just hung up saying without completing the conversation. thats really rude and is something which is not expected out of a big company like Airtel.

Sir,
I robin Jain using ur Airtel Connection No. 9897392393 for last 5 years, actually i converted this postpaid connection into prepaid connection and it was converted & i used 8 to 10 days but on 30-09-2010 its incoming & outgoing was stopped. they were demanding documents again and i submitted documents again.
After that still my connection is not yet activated.
Please do the needful i will be gladefull to you.
