ABUSIVE CALLING FROM AIRTEL COLLECTION CENTER
Grievance regarding ABUSIVE calling
I am a platinum regular airtel customer and have a landline (4318188) & mobile airtel connection (9810162183) which is in use. We had also taken up broadband connection from airtel (4540103) which unfortunately gave us a lot of problems as for months at end the internet never used to work hence we got it disconnected.Inspite of the fact that the internet was not working airtel had been sending us bills and we had spoken to the customer care that if the internet was not working then on what basis were these internet charged bills being sent to us. Regarding this internet connectivity problem which we had been facing with we had spoken to Mr. P.L.Gupta at this no-4441255. He assured us that somebody shall come from the office to sort out the problem, but nothing of this nature ever happened. We still continued to receive bills which were absolutely not valid and when we tried speaking to Mr Gupta he was never available.
Now since past one week, all of a sudden, we stated receiving continuous abusive calls after every 2 minutes from airtel connection center from this 43710624. The caller was very rude, illiterate and he used very bad abusive language which he had no right to do so. He crossed all limits when he continuously started called my school going child and ailing mother with the same abusive language giving them unnecessary mental torture. I am taking legal action against this sort of behavior. All this mental torture for a meager amount of Rs 2000/-. Is this the way airtel works?
Money had never been an issue. Kindly go through my past payment records. All my payments have been made very timely. If Mr. Gupta had sent in some decent airtel officer we would have sorted it out in an amicable manner but this is a bit too much. I am now planning to take strict legal action this collection center agent for the sheer mental harassment which he has given to all of us. He has no right to call my family members & everybody else for payment for the phone number which has been disconnected. This is ridiculous attitude on your part.

Please intervene and get this sorted out on priority. Please do the needful at the very earliest

Airtel Scamming People
Hi,

I have been using Airtel mobile no. 9815543301 since past 3-4 years. I had no complaints till they started deducting money from my pre-paid number without me using the services. Like today only, Rs 30 were deducted within 5 minutes and i got 2 different messages saying that i had used internet, whereas my phone was lying on the table. I had never called their customer care department earlier and always felt bad for the customer care executives who were abused by people, but today i came to know why these Airtel Scamming Executives are abused. They are definitely not well read, these Airtel Scamming people are rude, and these Airtel Scamming people have no knowledge whatsoever. That stupid ass was telling me that i might have pressed zero while phone was in my pocket like he had seen me do it, or i had used the services of this Scamming Telecommunications company--The Airtel Scammers.com and was objecting that i was being charged

I work in IT dept. and know what technology is, and i know if i use the net how much i use it. Mr. Bharti, you are rich enough already, so please have mercy on the poor people of this developing country and dont fill your coffers by scamming honest people.This happened in past couple of months too but i just ignored it thinking i will change the number to some other service provider. But now enough is enough, Airtel Scamming people has really got on my nerves this time. I dont mind paying you airtel scammers if i use the service, but charging me for no fault of mine, & deducting another rupee for chatting to that rude airtel scamming executive of yours. This is not just done. I dont want to sound cheap, but airtel scammers are cheap and this is the only way to deal with you guys. I mean you charge and extra rupee from every customer and you make millions as you have so many customers, so now your greed grows so much that you start deducting 100s of rupees for services that a person has never even used.Shame on You guys...At least hire people who are graduates to talk to the customer who your company Airtel is scamming…these +2 pass Airtel Scamming Executives are underpaid n overworked. We don’t even need any foreign power to screw our economy when our local vultures are feeding on the already oppressed people.

unauthorized charges

With subject to above kindly do not deduct any unauthorized charges & also do not send any messages to my mobile to deduct any charges from my balance. Also your customer care number is not picking up from last 3 days to stop the above matter.

Stop Sending SMS for cricket commentary
This airtel mobile company is sending SMS on cricket commentary on its own and charges Rs 5/- everyday without the consent of the owner. When approached Customercare Number 121, it does not respond properly. Kindly do the needful.

This is to inform u that i am a customer of Airtel Postpaid from almost 6-7 yrs. My old number is 9989815924036. Recently i got a bad experience with one of ur customer service executive, and ur dealer mobile No9815811776 they doesn't even know how to talk to a customer & I wonder how Airtel people hire such Customer executives and dealer Really shame on ur part.

This is just to let u know that myself & 6 other friends of mine are disconnecting ur service due to this inconvenience caused to me...

I have 2 airtel connections which have all of a sudden stoppped working in my residence.I have lodged a complaint with airtel customer care twice.The first was on 14 sept, which I was informed that would be solved by 22nd sept.
However till date I have not received an update.
When I called customer care again today they informed me that my complaint has been resolved yesterday which is not the case since till today morning i was not able to use my phone at my place.
When i informed him of the same, he stated it to be a handset error without checking anytthing.
On informing him that I have 2 handsets with airtel numbers which were nt working, another complaint was lodged which would now be resolved by 29th.That means another 10 days.
During this time Im expected to be disconnected from everybody while Im inside my house or infact in my locality.

Deactivation of airtel radio and friends chat
I didn't subscribe to airtel radio of friends chat. But charges and debiting from my account against these as 30 p.m. I sent sms for deactivation but still it is continuing. My mobile no. is 8129965688. Deactivate the above services which I didn't subscribe at the earliest and refund the amount otherwise I will be forced to complaint on police or cyber cell.

Can not congifure GPRS setting. Had completed all formalities for the same. Ref no:0918182671. Constant sms to 543210 and 52567 showed no good luck.

wrong billing
i shakir ahmed my mobile number is 9198317809080 i am airtel customer some many days i am facing some much problem first time 12 sep Rs 99 cut my account 2nd time 14 sep Rs 99 cut my account and time 19 sep Rs 99 cut my account total amount is cutting is 297 i am calling c care and says my problem but they person is saying is the hole amount is 297 ok and saying you are load game
But i am not loading the game i am poor man
So plz action the airtel and rufand my maney
