I have 2 airtel connections which have all of a sudden stoppped working in my residence.I have lodged a complaint with airtel customer care twice.The first was on 14 sept, which I was informed that would be solved by 22nd sept. However till date I have not received an update. When I called customer care again today they informed me that my complaint has been resolved yesterday which is not the case since till today morning i was not able to use my phone at my place.
