When I click the link, Airtel charged me Rs. 99 without any prior information. I think Airtel is deceiving its customer. They should have given clear information in the SMS that when I click the link they will charge me Rs. 99. In that case I would not have click the link.

Telephone line not working properly, we are unable to make any call from this phone, we have made so many complaints but no action has taken the problem is still same we are not able to make any phone call from this number.

Misinformation by Staff leading to financial loss
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been writing to your office continously for the past three weeks and now after dragging on the matter for so longg i am getting a reply that a connection cannot be made available to me due to due to network choked(ASB-11-07) sub pillar full.
My case is such that i had applied for an airtel connection from you relationship centre situated at :

BACKGROUND INFORMATION OF CASE GIVEN BELOW

Sir we are running a project of Haryana State Aids Control Organisation in District Ambala working with drug addicts towards the prevention of spread of HIV and AIDS. We had approached you said office on the 14th of July 2010 for getting a landline and broadband connection. We were asked to pay a sum of Rs. 1000/ towards security for the same and fill in the necessary documents. We did so and we were assured that the connection would be installed inn 2-3 days. With this assurance we left the centre.
After 3 days we approaced your office your office and were told that due to the floods in Ambala a technical snag had occured and it would take another 2-3 days to rectify. We then visited you office again on the 21st of July 2010 and we told that still the problem would take a couple of days. We the requested Ms. Ruchika (9996868868) that we were waiting to get our Information material printed and required the landline number to be printed before for the conveinience of all the clients/patients. We were given the number as 0171 - 4003377 and assured that the connection would be made available to us in a couple of days and so we should go ahead with the printing of the pamphlets with the following number.
Only after the assurance of Ms. Ruchika, we then went ahead and got our information material printed and displayed the above mentioned number in all our pamphlets which are more that 16, 000 in number and cost Rs. 10, 000/. As of now we have 16, 000/ pamphlets which we cannot distribute due to the wrong number and also the phone number is not being made available to us.


Now after one and a half months i am being told that the connection will not be made available due to technical reasons, i understand that this technical condition is beyond your control hence i request you to kindly refund the amount that we spent on the pamphlets and also the security deposit that we had submitted to your office. We are doing social work and the budget provided by the Haryana State AIDS control Society (Government of Haryana) does not provide more money for the printing of Information material on HIV and AIDS. Our program will be hampered if this is not done. (Please consider our request very urgently.

It is highly unfortunate that your customers are made to go through such harassment and the company does not ensure that its employees are made responsible for misdirecting customers and giving incorrect information. They are extremely rude and are not at all helpful.

Please take appropriate measures

unauthorised deduction of money from my prepaid account
I have been calling airtel customer care for the last two days since I am getting messages that Rs. 99/- have been deducted every instance because i have supposedly downloaded games from airtel live service which i do not access or use at all. Upon repeatedly calling the customer service center i was assured that no further charges would be deducted. Inspite of all these false assurances Today again Rs. 99 has been deducted from my prepaid account. this just goes on to show the complete inefficiency of the mobile service operator.

My Mobile Number - 99520 43593 My Service Provider is AIRTEL
I've Recharged for Rs.155/- on 12th August 2010 evening 17:45 hrs ., From the Date to till, my Main Balance Acmount is Vanishing by Airtel Customer Care peoples. They replied me that Iam Using Mobile Office in my HTC P3400i Mobile and for that they've Voluntarily Dedected nearly Rs.55/- from me

But I've never used Mobile Office in my HTC P3400i Handset. This is an Injustice thing done to me by Airtel
I'll not Leave this. I'll take this issue to Consumer Court

Its cheating the customer and hiding the information that the discount is not activated
I was about to cancel my Airtel connection and to retain the customer they offered me 10% discount on monthly bill for 6 consecutive months and I agreed for that offer. So I again stated using and later after a month I did not see any discount on my bill. I called the customer care executive and they told me that because of some reason it not activated and they will activate now for further six months but they are not ready to give me the discount for that month.

Its cheating the customer and hiding the information that the discount is not activated.

I am very frustrated with this Airtel connection
I am very frustrated with this Airtel connection because i took this connection 1.6 year back and recently one day suddenly i'm unable to call to any number and i called to customer care number and those ppl told they have activated Call barring because my address proof which i submitted is not enough or wrong again i have to submit and without intimating me those ppl how come they activated call barring service i asked the same question to them then the seconda time on the same day i was unable to contact customer service also because those ppl blocked [ after pressing 9 It is saying something instead of directly routing that to customer care and after that call is automatically disconnecting ] me those are not at all concerned with customers . I submitted again all the docs required and after few 2 days back suddenly from afternoon onwards it is showing as no service i tried but it is showing as SIM REGISTRATION FAILED. What the heck those ppl thinking that customer will stick to you ppl only . Now a days ever body providing better offers than AIRTEL that to in my home i'm not at all getting the signal i have rush out if i get a call to speak.

That's why now a ppl are not preferring AIRTEL btr to take some other sim. AIRTEL Which don't have signal and at the same time bad customer service.

This was another message and I was charged Rs. 30.0n 06/8/2010. I did not subscribe to this service also.

After arguments with the Customercare@airtell got the Rs. 10 refunded, but my call was charged Rs 1.50 for no fault of mine.

I could not contact 50100 till today, even after trying hundred times.
Can you penalise the company for such cheating and get me the money back along with Rs 1.50 charged for their own cheating system?

Ther may be thousands of people beeing cheated without beeing noticed.

On 22nd i called up 121 customer service and i requested Ankoor to stop my hello tune and he said that my request has been ecepted and my hello tune is turned off.

And today in the morning i get a message that Rs 20 is deducted from my account for hello tune which i stoped yesterday. and when i called back a guy put me on hold for 5 min and then hung up on me and after that when i am trying tocall i am not able to contact them.

I have experienced this a manyer times. And this has also cost me my job once.
