These people keep on deducting the money and when we respond to them they say we cannot refund the money. On 22nd i called up 121 customer service and i requested Ankoor to stop my hello tune and he said that my request has been ecepted and my hello tune is turned off. And today in the morning i get a message that Rs 20 is deducted from my account for hello tune which i stoped yesterday. and when i called back a guy put me on hold for 5 min and then hung up on me and after that when i am trying tocall i am not able to contact them. I have experienced this a manyer times. And this has also cost me my job once. read full review »
