We dial 121 it doesn't respond to our complaints but promotional recordings can be heard
We dial 121 it doesn't respond to our complaints but promotional recordings can be heard and no complaints are taken care off. Sunil Mittal is minting money by these recordings and he is not doing anything good for the country. Whenver i dial 121 or 198 only promotional things are on the recording, no complaints are being heard or recorded.

They've lost me as a customer and many more of my friends
I purchased this service but one day, I came to know that Airtel is charging me for the service but Ive also been charged for the supposed to be free numbers. It went for almost 9 months, when filed a complaint, they admitted the fault and only agreed to adjust the cost for last four billings for some stupid reasons...
They've lost me as a customer and many more of my friends as I ll never recoment Airtel to anyone...

I was informed that my cell has been activated, but till today the cell is still blocked
The Airtel executive was supposed to collect my bill payment cheque on Friday 22 June 2007 from my office in Navi mumbai, but did not show up till Monday and as a result my cell was blocked. The executive collected the cheque on Tuesday 26 June 2007, and when enquired i was informed that my number will be re activated in 4 hours and yesterday 28 June 2007 in the morning i was informed that my cell has been activated, but till today the cell is still blocked.
Today, 29 June 2007 i mailed the customer service and was asked for the cheque details for the third time saying that the transaction is not shown in my account as yet.

Avoid them at all costs
I got a SMS from Airtel saying I can pay 234/- within 7 days to get the special offer. When I reacehed the outlet to get pre-paid charged the shop person also told me that I need to enroll to this within 7 days. Now the balance in my account says I need ot use this money within 7 days. I am lifetime customer and hardky spends 100/- Rs per onth and now how they can think I will spend 234/- per week? And also the message sent to me is misleading to customer. So I want to go to the consumer court.

This is the worst experience I had
This is the worst experience I had with me.Recently I lost my Prepaid No. I wanted to have the duplicate of the same.I had police complaint with me.Inspite of that I got a very roude reply from the customer service.They are not co-operative at all.

no connectivity
horrible service . cannot get the network at any time of the day and when we send messages it is saved and I am charged for so many multiple messages, when I just want to send one.. Nobody can reach me as they say the phone is switchesd off . I wonder what is happening.. I am being taken for a ride ??? I know for sure I am not going to get a reply or the network is going to be corrected. You people have made your money and you just want to take everyone for a ride. what is the point in claiming Bharthi is one of the big companys if cannot serve the purpose it was started for.. unless it was to fill only the pocket!!!

diconnecting my postpaid connection
My post paid no 9633747373 under Kerala circle may be discontinued since i am now at New Delhi and shall require only a pre paid connection.Despite my request dated 21.06.2010 vide your reference no 32811871 the needful is not done.i am put inti loss because of the delay on airtel part.

When ever I call to service center they are unable to give any satisfactory reply
I have taken pre paid mobile with Samsung set. In which I was informed that you will be getting 2 year incoming with 2400 air tim Air tel to air tel for local only. Now the amount is not showing when I ask for the balance.
2) Almost daily one call comes from Air tel in which they play a song and after that amount of Rs 3/ detucts from main balance(STD), I have never ask for such services.
3) When ever I call to service center they are unable to give any satisfactory reply and even they cut the line without full conversation.

I was charged extra amount because of their fault
I am on a post paid plan of airtel where in I shud be charged Re.1 per unit(1 min) of std call and should be given 300 mins free local call from Airtel to any mobile. while the final bill came, I was charged at more than Rs.3 per unit(1 min) of STD calls and not been given the 300mins free local call from Airtel to any mobile.
I was making the calls under an assumption as, I am being charged as per my tarrif plan. and when I complained they replied callously like, even though I am under that plan, but I haven beein charged the extra Rs50 which is part of this bill plan which makes me eligible for this discounts.
I dont understand whats my fault in that.. i am subscribed to a plan and they do agree to it, but instead of an appology they are justifying it as since I am not charged the rs 50 as per my bill plan, so I was charged this extra amount. its their fault if they havent charged the correct amount and not given the proper discounts.

Avoid at all costs
Last week a took an airtel corporate connection from Durgachari/Shreeniwas. They came to our office(FCG) to provide us the connection saying that they have allotted the tariff as 1 rupee for my STD plan.But i have come to know that the charge they are cutting is 2.40 rs. Kindly revive my plan to 299 India Home Plan and make my plan 1 rupee for STD. Give me the details of this plan.
