The Airtel executive was supposed to collect my bill payment cheque on Friday 22 June 2007 from my office in Navi mumbai, but did not show up till Monday and as a result my cell was blocked. The executive collected the cheque on Tuesday 26 June 2007, and when enquired i was informed that my number will be re activated in 4 hours and yesterday 28 June 2007 in the morning i was informed that my cell has been activated, but till today the cell is still blocked. Today, 29 June 2007 i mailed the customer service and was asked for the cheque details for the third time saying that the transaction is not shown in my account as yet. read full review »
