illegal deduction of money from my account
my self is karthikeyan and my no is 09995716405 my complaint is that with out using internet i am being deducted of 0.30 ps alternatevely and when i register a complaint they say that they have found that i have used that service and also they did once apllied hello tune service to me without my request and charged me rs 30/- and when i complained so many times they credited me back rs28/- even though all this are small amounts and nobody cares about them .I would like to clearely state that even this is a sort of ROBBERY and its a shame that a major player in INDIA is doing such an attrocacy.And i request all those who face similar problems to respond to this and OFFICIALS to take effective methods to reduce this illegal methods

deducting amount without my permission
i am getting unnecessary sms and calls from the airtel chat services and the said services have deducted a sum of Rs. 30 without my consent or requisitioning for activation of such services. The number being used for this purpose is 5432163446867. I request to refund my deducted money and not to disturb me in future by this number of any such number for allied purposes. regards. prof. nalin k. shastree

Vas download charges
my mobile no. is 9892290132, Airtel is deducting Rs. 10 to Rs. 20 per 15 days for VAS download, which I am not using. I dont have a caller tune or other extra facilities. This deduction should stopped. please do the needful.

atocity of airtel with prepaid customers
I got aitel prepaid connection long back. (cell no +91-9987205584). From last 3-4months I'm literally struggling with my connection. From last 3-4 months airtel is deducting money from my account for "airtel talkies " for which I never subscribed. When I called 121 regarding this they said "sorry" thats all. but my money is not at all reverted back. What the hell is this??
and another important thing is I registered for National Do Not Disturb service on 18/02/2010 (id=s1016206085) but still my cell is flooding with commercial messages from airtel, from which I'm too much mentally disturbed. I'm planning to move to Honorable Court of India
My suggestion to fellow Indians is please keep yourself from this fraud company.

CHARGING FOR SERVICES WHICH ARE NOT REQUESTED
Airtel has activated a new gaming (VAS) on my broadband connection with my notice and permission, upon looking and comaplaining about the issue, they said that it will get deducted in next bill, but till date it has not processed. Once when i called the customer care, they put me on hold for more than 1 hour.
I have a postpaid conncetion from airtel for which they hace done the same, they activated a gaming service and charged for that,
I would suggest people, who are using the services should check there bills throughly.
A most reputed service provider doing such cheap tricks is not good.

excessive deduction
i have been complaining to customer care regarding my excess n unreasonable deduction from my prepaid account balance but dere has been no reaction n solution to my problem since one month..
i guess.. Airtel dont have value for customer complaints..

Service to new airtel number
Sir, Madam, i have taken an airtel no.9179594717 from a retailer in durg(D.t), utai, of chattisgarh. i have submitted all my proofs pertaining to the conection, but my service was not resumed, so, please kindly look in to my problem and please resume my connection as early as possible.

Poor service and unscrupulous dealer
When I was working in Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata, I was literally conned by the Airtel Prepaid card dealer. The amount I recharged into my prepaid card was way higher than what I was given. When the amount was updated, it showed insufficient amount than what I paid. I went back with my Indian colleague to ask the dealer as to why this could have happened, they scolded my colleague and would not make any refund or amendment. They claimed that they are not responsible for this and asked us to dail the Airtel hotline which was NEVER answered to.
As a guest to this country, I'm definitely not thrilled at all because I was so anticipated to call home that day and this incident ruined my day.
