When I was working in Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata, I was literally conned by the Airtel Prepaid card dealer. The amount I recharged into my prepaid card was way higher than what I was given. When the amount was updated, it showed insufficient amount than what I paid. I went back with my Indian colleague to ask the dealer as to why this could have happened, they scolded my colleague and would not make any refund or amendment.
