Purchased stump removal and three inch Redbud tree in June 2009. Warranty is for one year. May 2010 only the bottom half of the tree leaved. Top half was dead and branches dry. Ten days of phone calls resulted in no reply. Drove to company (a home) and asked what's up. Owner came out to look and said tree was dying and that he had others last year go bad too. Took three weeks to get replacement. Had to call every week. Today I got a replacement and was told by planter that "tree not dead." I mentioned that an arborist told me it was diseased (bark had white spots). Planter said I was only getting a replacement because of "people like me." Apparently he means those that make noise, not because they desire to honor their warranty.

I eventually got the replacement but everything added up plus the asinine comment by the employee necessitated this neutral rating.

My advice to other "people like me, " stay far away from A&J.
