Purchased stump removal and three inch Redbud tree in June 2009. Warranty is for one year. May 2010 only the bottom half of the tree leaved. Top half was dead and branches dry. Ten days of phone calls resulted in no reply. Drove to company (a home) and asked what's up. Owner came out to look and said tree was dying and that he had others last year go bad too.
