iam an Al shamil etisalat customer, i had lodgged a complaint of the net not working complaint no:5337599 on the 18/06/2010.Till date no technicians either has given a call or come to my place to rectifiy the error.The customer care people do not have a proper track of the techinicians work either .This is really dissapointing and total embarssement to tell anyone about the negligance of the sharjah etisalat.Real shame on Sharjah etisalat.
