iam an Al shamil etisalat customer, i had lodgged a complaint of the net not working complaint no:5337599 on the 18/06/2010.Till date no technicians either has given a call or come to my place to rectifiy the error.The customer care people do not have a proper track of the techinicians work either .This is really dissapointing and total embarssement to tell anyone about the negligance of the sharjah etisalat.Real shame on Sharjah etisalat. read full review »
