Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee failed to follow both state and federal laws, including notification of discharge and visits. They were very mean spirted and even called the police to get medications. They gave no notification of their visit when theyarrived at the patient's home, and discharged the patient and demanded the patient's medications.
