Finding a roofer in Bath is harder than it should be. Ring around on a wet Tuesday in November and you will get voicemail, a six-week wait, or someone who covers Bristol and would rather not drive over. Meanwhile water is still coming in. The problem is not a shortage of good roofers. Bath has plenty. The problem is that homeowners have no quick way to find which of them is free, covers their street, and does the specific work they need. A stone slate roof in Combe Down and a felt garage roof in Southdown are different jobs and often different trades.
