I recently purchased two scrub jackets from Allheart. The jackets arrived and I found one of them with a manufactuers defect. One snap wasn't attached. I emailed the company the day I received the shipment. I told them I was happy with one jacket, but needed to send the other back due to the defect. I received an email from customer service telling me that I"d have to pay the shipment charges to send the defective jacket back. Keeping in mind that I"d already paid $8.49 for the original shipment, they wanted me to pay return shipping on the defective item. Needless to say, I didn't ship the defective jacket back. It wasn't worth all the shipping charges I would have incurred. I will not buy anything from Allheart. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The one good thing about this experience is that I found this website. If I'd found it prior to making my purchase with Allheart, I would have purchased from a different company.
