I recently purchased two scrub jackets from Allheart. The jackets arrived and I found one of them with a manufactuers defect. One snap wasn't attached. I emailed the company the day I received the shipment. I told them I was happy with one jacket, but needed to send the other back due to the defect. I received an email from customer service telling me that I"d have to pay the shipment charges to send the defective jacket back.
