We purchased some "America's catch farm & grain feed " Catfish" in the fozen food dept at the North side walmart here in Abilene.
We cooked it as directions indicated. We fried ours in fresh peanut oil just like we cook alot of frozen fish we buy.
This tasted just like pure mud! We will never buy any more of this brand. I reccomend that Walmart take a serious look at this product. I'm sure like most be retail giants, you got a good deal on this. But, please believe me when i tell you this. Drop them. Someone's gonna bring a law suit against you on this poop!.
I know that you have to look at saving us money. I agree 100 % on saving consumers money in this economy. But this is bad stuff.

I will also be writing a letter to our local newpaper editor. The last time i tasted catfish like this, was when i was a 9 year old boy fishing in a stock tank in west Texas. That was really bad. I'm 63 years old and I have eaten Catfish all of my life, I love fresh water, grain feed catfish. But, this stuff is not fit for human consumption!
