We purchased some "America's catch farm & grain feed " Catfish" in the fozen food dept at the North side walmart here in Abilene. We cooked it as directions indicated. We fried ours in fresh peanut oil just like we cook alot of frozen fish we buy. This tasted just like pure mud! We will never buy any more of this brand. I reccomend that Walmart take a serious look at this product. I'm sure like most be retail giants, you got a good deal on this. But, please believe me when i tell you this.
