My husband and I just bought our first house. We were very excited to buy our new furniture. We chose American Furniture and have regretted it ever since. We we were treated horribly. We applied for financing. I asked for a pen to fill out the application and was asked "You don't have your own?"..I was appalled. After I filled out the form-The sales person entered my SSN into the system wrong. We waited 1 hour to hear back if we were approved or not. I finally went and asked the service desk on my own..I could not wait any longer for this guy to get this figured out..He kept putting us off. Giving us the run around..Finally we got our approval.After that we chose our furniture. Upon check out we were told that we would have to pick it up at a location 45 min from our house. I was done at that point..DONE. I will never, ever buy furniture at AFW EVER again.
