My husband and I just bought our first house. We were very excited to buy our new furniture. We chose American Furniture and have regretted it ever since. We we were treated horribly. We applied for financing. I asked for a pen to fill out the application and was asked "You don't have your own?"..I was appalled. After I filled out the form-The sales person entered my SSN into the system wrong. We waited 1 hour to hear back if we were approved or not.
